Honestly one of the best apps there is on Shopify. The team members are very kind, quick, and helpful. The app itself is VERY VERY customizable but easy to understand. You can change alter an element to have different settings for mobile or desktop, which is a nice touch. The app is very well built and easy to read/navigate.

It is indeed a difficult App and UI, but once you master it, it's worth it. Customer service will be there along the way to help
