Sarah has been so supportive. I cannot say about everyone there because 1 of 8 is solid. The time for them to respond for support varies. Sometime really quickly but other times it can take up to hours. The only reason why I pushed for Sarah to send me a link for review is because she nailed it all support, prompt response, and thorough trouble shoot. More Sarahs please

I really have a great experience with GEM pages. Most of the things I can do by myself. If it is to diffcult or I'm stuck i can always contact the supportteam for a fast response!

Im super happy with this app. First of all, it makes the changes I'm used to, as a web developer, possible. When I asked Costumer service for help on a problem I just couldn't see myself, they responded straight away and helped me fix it in seconds. This makes Shopify actually fun for developers who don't like the native design platform Shopify offers. Totally worth it!

Honestly, I am not a tech person but this app is AMAZING, and the customer service is truly everything. Every time I speak with someone, they are able to figure out exactly what is wrong and help. I also love that I learn so I can manage issues quickly myself moving forward. This app was recommended to me and it is such a great addition to your store. WELL worth it. It's a powerful and flexible builder. Easy to use if you are familiar with any other similar front-end builders. Customer support is also on point. Only suggestion would be auto-save feature to help forgetful designers like myself. Other than that, it's pretty dang awesome!

I love having tools to make my stores look unique and have them perfectly optimized, Gempages provide tons of tools to make it happen! In my case, I like to think out of the box and try new things :) and I messed up a couple of times and every time I contacted support they helped very quickly! these guys know what they doing and doing it perfectly!

We've used Gempages for years now. It takes a little bit of getting used to how everything works together but once you do it makes everything flow and look great. Even if you have problems they get back to you super quickly with resolutions and guidance on fixing it (even if it's your own fault for causing the problem).
