It's a great app to build product pages, I can do all custom designs for different elements, so it can meet our requirements. BTW, Customer Service is good, but can respond quicker.

Gempages is the best page builder we've used to date. Beyond just the functionality of the application itself, their staff and Facebook community are incredibly supportive. In situations where there have been glitches, or issues I couldn't resolve on my own, their support and tech teams have always gotten me back on track in under 24 hours. Highly recommend.

This review is a little long but will, hopefully, be of use to those considering GemPages to assist in Shopify store design. Our 21-year-old company was recently put into a position of having to rapidly change shopping cart solutions. We quickly surveyed viable players and settled on Shopify. Once into Shopify, we realized we needed design assistance. Before dropping untold thousands of dollars on a coding shop, we explored available apps to see if we could duplicate the existing site, but in a Shopify environment, in-house. It is there we found GemPages, and what a joy it has been. Seriously. Having decades of experience in man-machine interface design, I can say that this app is one of the most intuitive and well thought out pieces of design software I have experienced. Literally every page-design feature needed to accurately externalize what you envision in your head is provided for in this application. Precise element placement, color control, great imagery reproduction, impressive typography oversight, and on and on. In addition to the ability to adjust different features... is the *manner* in which you can adjust features. For instance, pick at an element border, then slide, and you can adjust margins (or you can make the adjustments numerically). As I said, intuitive. The application is, for the most part, laid out in an easy-to-understand manner. You might have to search for different settings, but they are there. The documentation is well written and covers most of the features and capabilities. Perhaps most compelling has been the Tech Support. This has been a Master Class on how to take care of customers. *Everyone* with whom I have had interactions using the real-time chat feature of the app, regardless of the time of day or night, has been polite, knowledgeable about the product, quick to say, "I don't know, but will find the answer," and very sociable. In order of appearance, to Kenny, Daniel, Mona, Mulz, Tina, Hugh, Johnathan, Bella, and most recently, Jane, you have all been tremendously helpful. I cannot thank you enough.
