Updated: This app is the cornerstone of my entire store. The support goes out of their way to even give you code snippets for advanced stuff. The support is amazing and always responsive. The quality of my websites are professional. You don't need a Click-Funnel app at all as this will do it all. Best App I use! My one main gripe, is that the editor gets slow, when editing for more than 15-minutes and has to be restarted. This is in all browsers, so I hope they address this. Just wanted to update my review to saying that this is the best customer support I ever experienced. They went over and beyond to help with coding!

First of all, the app is super easy to use and more powerful than some other similar product that I have used. In this app, there is a high degree of freedom in designing web pages. And I find it very useful to a merchant like us who already has a systematic website design that when creating a new page, we have to keep it looking good whilst being consistent with the whole. Besides the APP itself, live chat support is super responsive and helpful. When we ran into customization that we can pull out, Ken and the team helped us with the code issue and achieved the effect that we need. So, really good work there. Also I have a suggestion that when different elements are stacked and nested on top of each other, often the smaller elements inside will be hard to select and edit (because they are obscured). This is only a small problem, and I have found a solution. But if there can be some optimization, the app will definitely become better. In all it's a really great tool to help our store, it deserves a 5 stars.

I've been using GemPages for about two months now. This app is amazing! The pages are very customizable after you get the hang of it. The support team is very responsive. It will be great if the elements like lightbox for gallery images, product images vertical scroll, etc.

This app is a huge improvement over a similar one I've used in the past. The integrations are a huge plus for me as well, and the support has been very responsive as I've learned how to do everything. I'd definitely recommend it!

I'm a graphic designer of the BLK and many more that doesn't know much about programming stuff and been using gempages in different client's stores. Really easy to use, just upload your graphics, move and drag elements and its done! Also shout out to Miss Bella and Sir Marc for outstanding service for always helping me every time there's a problem in page that I dont know how to fix. Thank you!

I am a complete newbie to site design and have found Gem Pages, with its awesome functionality much easier to use than expected. I've used their support 3 times and they have been amazing. I dont often leave glowing reviews but these guys have been next level. Without asking, they resolved one of the issue for me. Something that was my fault, but they were happy to go above and beyond.

We've been using this app at least 2 years. First, SUPERB customer service - fast and friendly. We use this to augment the site with landing pages incorporated into the main nav. It's easy, but runs best if you are detail-oriented to check your settings (ANY pages on Shopify with heavy images or fancy animations will load your page and reduce speed). So work smart, and the app works even better for you. WAY better than coding your own pages natively in Shopify. There's good looking options here for templates and build-your-own. EXCELLENT options to change what features show on what devices - i.e. you can have video background show on desktop, with an option to turn that off for mobile and show an alternative on mobile. This is excellent for speed and user experience optimization. Their features have improved over time with more and more control. I will say since I have coding experience that goes back decades, I find that coding experience helps to keep the pages optimized and consistent between devices. And coders will always "get it" with advanced options. You do NOT need coding experience to use this. I'm just saying it's an advantage with all things digital. If a page is created for our site that is not made by me, I will always go in and "clean" it up, since not all drag and drop features appear consistently the best for their devices. This is not a bad thing at all — if anything, it shows the power you have to control how your pages look across all devices. This is a GOOD thing. I'm just giving a tip to pay attention to that when using these templates. Overall excellent app. On my wishlist that I keep begging them for: PLEASE let us create a META image per page, if that is ever possible. Know that GEM pages will pull your Shopify main META image when sharing the link. That is frustrating, so I'm happy to hear about a workaround. But if that's the only bad thing, I'll take it!

This app (and their team) has been an absolute game changer (and lifesaver at times!) for our website. Not only did it let us get around the complicated backend of our store theme that we purchased with perfect integration, but every single time I've had a question or concern they are there immediately to help. And SO patient while they do it. The app is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive and it works like a "Gem". :) We have the Pro Plan and it's worth every penny!

The Team is so helpful in achieving all your design dreams. Everything is possible with them.. their support team is fast and works hard to get everything accomplished quickly and exactly as you wanted it! Would give a 6 stars review if I could.
