I've been using this app for 18 months now and nearly everything on the site runs through Gempages. As with all sites, I'm constantly adding new functionality to the site and the support has been fantastic at getting new apps to work within pages. Obviously, not every other app is compatible, but now my decisions for app choice are around being able to call and control it with Gempages as I'm confident they'll be able to help me achieve my goal.

just spent 1.5hrs with chat support to solve the issue alone. they didn't even trouble shoot the problem correctly and told me I was wrong to then tell me I was right. this was a waste of time. if you are not a coder or web developer this app is difficult if your pages face any issues. however, creating pages are simple, good templates, but if you need any back-end support you have a better shot figuring it out yourself. I've lost revenue because of this and they don't care. there is other alternatives. goodbye to a 2 year customer

April & Bella did an amazing job resolving all the issues I was having. The tech team was very fast and even provided me with videos explaining how I can fix some of the issues. Great app, would recommend.

You can make it all your needs very simple. Everyone can use it just spend 5 min in-app. They have a very good support team. Thank you GemPages

Top service! I wanted a liquid code but I couldn't do it so I sent them a message and got a reply within minutes. They arranged it for me within a few hours and sent me an explanation video! Really super! Grateful and I can continue with my website again.

The App is not only fantastic but their support team is outstanding. I can only recommend you to upgrade to the live chat feature and the support team will help on all your queries. I even needed some coding done which was not related to building pages and they helped me straight away. Also if you guys are looking for SEO related improvements when building your pages, then GemPages is the right partner to amend the H tags as well for you. Overall one of the best apps we have on our store and can only recommend them on all levels.

This app has been quite friendly to use. I am a beginner in this so I had plenty of mistakes and confusion. However, the team at GemPages were very very patient with me in troubleshooting and explaining to me the errors and faults. Top-notch and no regrets

Absolutely the best experience I've had ever with web development. Seriously, I was recommended to use Gempage through a Shopify rep when I told her I needed a developer. She looked at my site and wrote to check Gempage out. So I did. I signed up for the 10-day trial and within a few hours I signed up. I recommend this for anyone who needs to modify their products page and their homepage. The templates, the customer service, everything!!! I had a rep named Steve who guided me and fixed what was needed. My site looks better than ever. Now to make sure it's optimized. I believe they may do that too? Not sure.

Such a great page builder, ton of features and super easy to use, so you can build your lander or PDP extremely well. Btw, if you ever need to reach out to their support team, just do it, they are amazing.

BEST APP TO BUILD YOUR PAGE! It gives me full control over the placement, fonts, colors, spacing, background, mobile vs laptop view and everything. The customer service is great, quick response time, they will help you with any confusion or questions you have. There are templates for if you don't wanna build the entire thing yourself. Its easy to save elements from templates and use on your page, I wanted a unique and customised website gempages is the only place to do that on. Refunds on apps, integration, third party apps are all made easier with a team of friendly and patient customer service department. I am going to use gem pages for all my product stores, I have a tech store right now. Hoping to start a clothing brand and skincare brand in 2021 and I will 100% use gempages. I learned the software within a night, it was really easy lol but within the day you'll master it with all the "hacks". The only con: I liked gempages blue logo better.

I love this App. Great features, easy to learn, it has a truly "What you see is what you get" WYSIWYG designer/editor. Recently made some updates and added more features that are great. Their support on top of that is AWESOME.

App is great, I'm pretty sure the product page landers doubled my conversion rate... soo yeah. There were a couple technical things I needed done on my lander and the support was able to work it out on the code side of things. Honestly game changing app if you build your LP well

The app is great and the support is better. Had an issue with my store due to another app and gem pages helped me out quickly and efficiently. I recommend them 1 million times.
