User friendly and great templates to start with. And good customer service so far they were able to assist me and solve my issue

The worst and most insincere customer support I've ever had with any apps on Shopify. They do NOT solve your problems, they do not respond for important billing issues, and other issues. Deleted this app and moved to PageFly Builder. Much better support there. Gem Pages support neglects their paying customers. They should be ashamed. Horrible.
I'm very sorry to hear you had such a negative experience. To clarify, Shopify controls billing for all apps in the app store, we didn't process the app charge. However, we have intenal process for refund and will be glad to adress a refund promptly Shopify directly. I have the case again with Ken ( who has been handling this case) and looks like that he had sent follow-up emails with instruction however, they weren't received by somehow. Our agent had contacted Shopify Advisor to process the refund with assistance of Shopify billing team. Your feedback has prompted a few things for us to improve: (1) We are QA-ing our support process, looking for things like better internal following-up system (2) We are considering to open phone call support service. Very good app. The service is perfekt Leo helped me very good and fast. She rected was very fast and solve the problem . i save a lot of money for programmer or other themes. Also i can do everything alone and when not the support is great and help you. They also show you how they fix the problem so i can make it in future at self. 5 of 5 points.

I had the app active for 2 days. As i was on another project at the same time i realized i rushed too much to activate it and reached out the Gempages support to ask if i can stop it and keep the rest of the trial. I received positive answer that i won't loose the rest and i can come back to the app whenever i'm ready. I deactivated the app after this email on the 2nd day of using it. A week later i received an email stating my trial has expired, when i actually had not used it and for already 4 days i keep writing to their support but nobody cares to reply back!!! Updating my review, as i was contacted by the support and given a good proposition/solution. Will be able to evaluate the service itself, once i start using it.

This app is AWESOME. I moved from WordPress to Shopify to help a client, and I was used to builders like Elementor and Divi. I did NOT want to write a ton of code just to make a simple website. That's so last decade. Thankfully, GemPages came to the rescue. It's a great builder, and the price is very competitive (UNLIKE SHOGUN, which I think is WAY overpriced). GemPages is awesome and it works very well. Even more, the support is very responsive and very helpful. I needed help with their carousels to change the functionality to something not naturally built into the builder's carousels, and the GemPages team gave me some custom code to use to change the functionality. All in all, I could not recommend GemPages more for anyone looking for a great builder for their Shopify store.

Well, I'm using Gempages for a week now and I'm really really satisfied ! I can personnalise my website with a huge variety of options and pretty easily. Their customer support is just amazing and very professionnal, they help you efficiently for every needs. I highly recommand Gempages !

Couldn't be more satisfied with this gempages app. Being able to built everything with this pagebuilder. I tried Shogun first, but they are still in a building process and everybody wanted me to be patient and they can not help if there is any css problem, so you need to have perfect skills in css or a company to do it for you. So gempages is perfect, because you will get help, and everything you'll need. In addition, the customer support team is amazing! If you have an issue they'll do everything to get it fixed. Best service!

Love Gempages, very intuitive, I saved a lot of time with them compare to other builders, strongly reccomend.

Makes it much easier to customize home, product, or any page for that matter. No easy way to do this natively. This app is very much needed for anything custom. And support is super helpful with any customizations too.

This app helps me to create my owns product and home pages, it is very easy to use and you can do almost anything you want. They have a high quality support, I had responses to my questions under 5 minutes ! I love it !

Support is absolutely terrible. Slow responses, nothing ever gets resolved. When they do work on it, they can't read instructions or simple urls and burn a day through a lack of attention to detail. Lots of headaches if you are picking up this app.

To be honest, I don't want to give 5 stars because this app deserves MORE!!! No offense, but comparing to other web-builder apps, GemPages is just far better. Here is what I love the most 1. Adaptive website design (can design a mobile page in a different view) 2. Well designed UI for a new user 3. Just $59 for the best plan

After spending a whole day redesigning my main product page, I finally hit publish and threw my hands in the air! I then tested the product and OH NO, it just refreshed the page rather than go to cart. I quickly got online to Gem and Cindy responded about 10 minutes later and guided me through what I had done wrong (choose button over product) and within minutes I was already to roll again, re hit publish and Hello Customers!!!! Thanks Gem, really enjoying this valuable app.
