Best ROI on any Shopify App out there. It lets you customize your entire storefront easily, without having to rely on a developer. The default elements and templates are a great inspiration for design alternatives. GemPages has the best customer support I have ever seen. Whenever we needed some custom solutions or bug fixes the customer support team and the developers took care of it within minutes and delivered professional results. There's way more flexibility editing in Gem Pages than in other builders we've used. It's nice to be able to get the site looking exactly how we want it. Customer service is professional and personable. Definitely recommend.

Great and abundant design features, easy to use and navigate, but otherwise pretty dysfunctional. Glitches often, isn't easily made compatible in all device versions, therefore making you go through loops to make everything perfect on all devices. Some things will stop working after they've been published for some time, such as buttons and links. Worst part of all: Their support team, or lack thereof. Sometimes emergencies occur and you need immediate assistance, but they are hardly available and generally not helpful. Responses take a long time. Typically if you're running a trafficked website and a problem arrises, you need help pretty quickly. Gem Pages doesn't seem to understand this. This has caused us issues many times. For example, one of our product pages has completely stopped working, which is a huge issue as an e-commerce store. Went to contact support (which is only available through a live chat) and got a message saying that they are on vacation for the next 7 days. You simply cannot operate like this when you're supporting the websites of service providers and e-commerces. Nonetheless, our custom-coded website is near complete and we absolutely cannot wait to never have to deal with Gempages again.

No landing page builder is perfect. That's because we all come to them with different levels of expertise. So what's important is to have an excellent support team. And GemPages support is great.

It's an awesome apps, I was using shogun page before. And this is MUCH MORE POWERFUL and MORE FLEXIBLE and MORE EASY , and you can't believe that IT IS AT A LOWER PRICE. It's just too good to be true, but it happens.

Great app for designing pages with much more control than the default Shopify page builder. Coming from a background in WordPress, this app is similar to page builders such as Elementor. One note/item to be aware of: When using GemPages for your product pages, you may run into some issues with adding additional functionality to the product page. For example, we added a Klaviyo back in stock button to our code, but with the GemPages product layout, the "notify me" button does not appear in the correct place. Overall, a good app for designing additional pages on your website, but I would recommend using default shopify page design for products if you intend to add functionality to those pages. Fantastic customer service, too!
