This app is really simple to use and has great functionality. I really like the fact that you can configure for desktop, then go to other device configurations and customize for each device. Customer support has been excellent too! Liam has provided excellent support this evening. Thank you!

I've been using GemPages for about 1 month and I like this app a lot. The drag and drop model is so easy. The support is AMAZING. I'm not a developer and I have a basic understanding of coding so being able to have support is important to me and the support team has helped me immensely. Highly Recommended!

the app is very easy to use. just drag and drop. I just came across a little issue that my Shopify pages are synced to this app and I accidentally deleted one. The team is very responsive and patient in helping me with restoring the pages. Many thanks.

Never in my life have I worked with an app with SO MANY BUGS! Texts come out of nowhere, if you undo a tiny change, it undoes the work of an entire day and if you try to pess CTRL+Y it doesn't work. Links don't work, if you edit the code (correctly) it won't let you adjust the font-sizes (WTF?!). I am spending more time with the assistance than building the pages. Going back soon to Pagefly

I have checked the issues and it appears that the issues happened when we had some unusual theme codes and it affected to our store design. Mona & our technical staff has added the scripts, and this is now fixed very quickly, could you please help us check and let us know how it goes? We've been using GemPages for a week or 2 now and we're finding it to be a really great app with great support. We've been building some new pages and have been able to have every question and road block answered with easy to follow and thorough communication and assistance. So far we haven't had any issues. :)

Tried many other page builders but this one is def the best so far. Every section is designed for easier use and understanding. Functions are all essential ones you need, nothing redundant. The support team is super nice and responsive. Things I couldn't build on my own, they've got the technical team to help with them in minutes. Will definitely keep this app for a loooong time.

Definitely botted reviews. The UI looks good but is EXTREMELY unresponsive. It is extremely slow & nearly impossible to use. Don't get fooled by their templates, they look beautiful but their mobile formatting is abysmal. Adding new elements takes almost as long as writing the CSS classes. I genuinely think it might be easier to learn how to code in liquid than use this page builder.
