If I could award Sarah with 10 Stars I would. If patience and empathy were more than gold Sarah would be the most patient and empathetic human on the planet. I had an issues with Products and templates and he spent the time I needed to help me through it step-by-step until I finally understood what was required to make it all work. Outstanding. Exceptional. And so appreciated during a stressful day. Thank you Sarah and Thank you GemPages. Best Shopify Page Builder by far. Edward

This app is supreme! The application is so customizable! You don’t need to be a genius to design your own site with GemPages. We have the freedom to do whatever we want, we are very particular how we want things to sit on our page, and it is so easy to move things around. Our customers love our website, we get compliments all the time, it wouldn’t look this good without GemPages. We love that other applications can be integrated with GemPages, it makes our site so much better. Customer Service is always right there for us anytime we have a question or do not know how to do something. Top Notch, thank you GemPages.

Really great app! Looks good, easy to use and great customer service, they have fixed all issue quickly providing clear instructions on how they did it. So far there's nothing we haven't been able to add / fix! Thanks very much Gem Pages!

Great Customer service! Had multiple roadblocks and was really stuck on some technical issues but the support team were able to point out the problem and guided us through the whole thing.

Absolutely amazing. I did struggle a little bit to get the hang of it, however the app itself is made so thoughtfully and so easy to use. And if you are struggling, you just reach out then the staff members will take care of it ASAP. Marc helped me for the last problem I had- so quick and job done so perfectly! Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tom when I had some trouble upgrading my plan and connecting another store to my account. He performed a very good service and was very helpful. I have nothing to complain about - it was a five star service.

I made my first experience with building a website myself with GemPages. Gempages is clear but still gives many possibilities of own designs. I especially like the close and friendly contact to the support (Special thanks to Leo!).

While you may face the occasional glitch or hiccup, the customer service is always there to support you in whatever way they can. But most times it's beyond the usual customer service and they come up with a way to do something wonderful for your site. Highly recommend service.

Excellent customer service when you can reach them (time difference). They showed me how to fix things and made videos so I could learn myself. They also edited code for me to change some things as well. Takes some time and effort to play around with it to see how it looks (lots of tweaking etc) but once you get the hang of it it goes smoothly!

GemPages really is fantastic... after moving from Weebly (which is a very similar drag and drop interface for building) I was a bit dissapointed with the Shopify way... even after buying 2 different 3rd party themes. Then I discovered GemPages (and no they are not paying me). What a game changer... it really is amazing. And any issues, and I created a lot of issues myself, Ken and the rest of the developers really are spot on. 5 stars all round!

A great page editor, customer service is very efficient in solving problems! , I’m very patient. When I have any questions, no matter how big or small, I can basically solve them
