I had an issue with my homepage on mobile where the page could slide to the right and left a large white space. I contacted GemPages support, and Liam was extremely helpful from start to finish. The support team quickly gained access, identified that the issue was caused by custom code on my homepage, and fixed it much faster than expected. Communication was professional, friendly, and clear throughout the process. I really appreciate how quickly they handled everything and even applied the fix directly to my live homepage. Great customer support and excellent technical help. Highly recommend GemPages for anyone using Shopify and wanting strong support when needed.

GemPages works well, you can create great pages with it, especially the new Version 7 edition, which adds a lot of functionality and also makes it simpler to use. We recently had to call on the GemPages support when our home page refused to load in Chrome. They were brilliant and resolved our problem quickly, which turned out to be a caching issue rather than anything else and not a problem caused by GemPages. Definitely 5* service.

Tech support is great too, friendly and fast. They usually get back to you in chat right away, if not then within a couple of hours. Definitely worth the money!
