The app is already an amazing site builder, but what puts it over the top is the customer support. The ability to write in the chat box within the app & receive help on the spot. That's the winning factor for me

Best builder on the market, tested most of them. It's the most mature one. There's no missing features, the support is great, the designs are top-notch. Hoped there were more templates and pre-designed elements blocs, it would be the cherry on the cake. Anyway, if you want a builder for your shop, it's a no-brainer.

I fell in love with this app when redesigning our new site after migrating from Volusion. Of course there was a small hiccup I noticed with a design that affected our theme/add to cart. I contacted support at the end of the day on Friday... I wouldn't of been surprised that by Monday my issue would of been lost in the shuffle since I wasn't able to return their message about gaining access to our back-end. To my surprise they went out of their way to follow through on Monday and fixed the issue. Support like this sticks out to me. Not only is this a quality APP, but quality service.

5 is not enough for this great app – it deserves 10! It does require a little bit to get used to all the elements but if you have a question, great customer support is just around the corner. Just an awesome product!

I could not ask for a more easier web store design tool. Gempages has actually everything that I need. It makes the hard stuff seem easy. Not to mention, their chat support has been quite helpful. It takes me hours to figure out stuff, then I decided to do the livechat. My issue got solved in minutes. Guys, you just need to have more info about how to use your app as it makes it faster for us to trouble shoot, then again, your livechat support is just simply amazing and your app is just the best so far!
