Gem pages is legit. It did not take long for me to learn how to use this. It's affordable, and it stays with you. I've used other apps and none does it better than gem pages. A great way to customize and brand a Shopify store. Support is pretty good, but you have to work with them for more complicated issues. I've generally had my issues resolved, but sometimes it can take a back and forth before they understand. Has a lot of features, but wish it had a few more, like Library blocks that were all linked so you could change the same thing without having to edit multiple pages.

I have been getting help from Cindy and she is awesome. Very fasr and solves the issue straight away. Also follows up very effieciently. Recommend this! conversion is at 4%

This app and support team is by far the best I've used on Shopify. I had a constellation of issues and started with just one or two, and Gem Support (Jane!) was on it immediately. The related other issues came in fast and furious and Jane was quick to understand and keep track of those too. They stayed with us until all the issues were cleared, working with us and their tech team in realtime to get it all cleared, with humor and diligence. A+ for sure.

Great platform - very easy to make great looking pages. Could be some improvements surrounding making it easier to get each form factor looking good, but nothing's perfect! The support team is great - extremely helpful, have been fairly quick in response times and have always helped me resolve any issues that have popped up or questions I've had. Highly recommend!

Good app, Only negative thing is that building large pages with many product slows the page, but Shopify problem.
