GemPages provides me great freedom and flexibility in creating beautiful, responsive pages just the way I want. I'm able to specify sizes of fonts and colours, section lay outs, and so much more outside of what my Shopify theme allows, so can have a more thoughtfully designed page. I've been using GemPages for about a month now and love it. As a web application, you need to save frequently as that is not automatic, and refresh your page when it gets stuck occasionally - while it can take a little to get used to, the benefits are enormous and far outweigh any little frustrations. Whenever we've needed support, the team is very prompt in providing it. The support team is exceptional. Highly recommend.

We tried most of the page building apps on the market and GemPages is by far the most user friendly. I picked up how to use it really quickly and it has a great drag and drop functionality. Making it really easy to achieve the design you want. Their customer support is definitely the best of the page building apps on the market. They respond quickly over live chat. Would highly recommend.

Very thorough app. I started it to build a landing page, but now I am rebuilding all pages on my site. So far so good. Would love to add some analytics, but that is a want, not a need.

Their customer support has been very helpful. There are always followups to make sure issues have been resolved. The only drawback is they work in Vietnam time zone. I still highly recommend it for the great support team. ___ It has been over a year since we started using the app. We stopped using our original paid theme and now using the most simple free Shopify theme + Gempages. The most cost effective and flexible combinations that come with great support service.
