If I could give it more stars I would. Let me preface this review by saying I'm not writing a review at the request of the company or to promote my company's Shopify website at all but to show my enthusiasm about this software. Right off the bat I knew this plug - in would be all we needed. I've tried most page builders out there and nothing is comparable to the freedom and flexibility that this Gempage offers. Easy to use, flexible. and great pricing. Shouts out to Justin for all the help he has done and for the great service he has provided us with!

This has by far been the best customer service with any of the apps i have downloaded at shopify. Not only is gem pages a great page builder with a very simple interface, which is easy to learn and extreme versatile with the tools, but the customer support to help you get what you need done is incomparable. i usually never write reviews and this is my first one ever, but i really feel the need to mention how helpful, courteous and since the support was compared to many apps that doen respond to you for days. A happy paying customer getting more than their moneys worth!

We spent $$$ on a premium template that wasn’t even able to let us customize the homepage the way we wanted. Instead of hiring expensive shopify developer to revamp the theme, we scrapped the default pages entirely and built homepage, product page, collection pages, and inner pages from scratch using Gem Pages. GemPages was the only solution we could find that allowed us to tell the story we needed to and completely customize pages for great results. Chris and his support team are AMAZING. Gem Pages is really our secret weapon. We only have to outsource graphics/icons and are able to design and arrange the layout ourselves. Try it and you will not be disappointed! Two thumbs up!!!

By far the most flexible, intuitive builder I have tried! Features / templates are good - and the team has just released custom builds for all different devices... really appreciate the constant updates and new components. Chris's support is top-notch! Very quick and friendly response!

I have tried A LOT of page builders for Shopify but this one beats them all! So many great features and its pretty intuitive to start working, even without prior experience! If you have issues, they have a really helpful online support chat, that answers ALL your questions any time a day, 7 days a week! Try it! You even get to keep your pages if you uninstall!

Without this App Shopify wouldn't have been our solution. Gempages brought us all the design features that shopify was limited in and frankly saved the day. I absolutely love designing pages with it. Absolutely amazing software and an even better support staff. Chris responds in less than 5 minutes usually and is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the software and shopify system in general. I have used other drag and drop page builders and this one is by far my favorite, it even generates custom css pages for each page you build allowing for advanced customization of your site's CSS (huge deal for me as I am a wordpress and raw html person). Thank you GemPages for being awesome!! Keep it up!

We just started using this for our business, we have always wanted to make responsive pages designs and have always found that we needed to turn to a developer, well no more. This app is populated with some awesome features and widgets that make our pages look great. Any issues that you have with the app are quickly fixed by Chris who has amazing customer service skills. The app allows you to quickly and easily create beautiful pages with rows and columns which can be populated with sliders, images, products, parallax backgrounds etc. My home page was created with this app and I absolutely love it! Very intuitive app/builder for customising and creating new shopify page layouts. Nick and the team are very responsive and help with any queries. Would definitely recommend purchasing if you require customising layouts on your shopify theme. The UI is very well designed and easy to use, and the ideal builder for shopify compared to other rivals.

Have contacted support 3 times over the last 3 weeks with no response :( Lots of glitches! Could be a great app down the road but really disappointed with the app currently and most definitely the service! Do not recommend

Here are the pros: $100 per year vs $50 per month($600 per year) - on Wordpress I paid $40 once for a builder that was just as good as the others, so $50 a month to me is insanity. If you've used a builder before, it's pretty easy to get the hang of. I was able to duplicate my old site pretty quickly. It's still in Beta, so it's going to get better if you support the app. Cons: There were a few things I had issues figuring out - just know that Right Clicking a section allows you to edit CSS and styles for it. Knowing that would have saved a lot of my time. Support is good, but not great, but with the support I've been giving my own customers while focusing on building out the new site, I can see why he'd have less time to focus on fixing little issues one by one vs just working to fix the entire issue for everyone at once as quickly as possible. Currently, it doesn't allow you to customize product pages but the feature is coming soon. Overall, I'm super happy with the builder. You are trading off some features for the lower price, but for myself, I was able to do just about everything I wanted with no help from the developer I pay hourly to assist me with things and I have a fairly complex site. The only thing I'm using my dev for is to custom code a section from my theme into the builder so the styling is the same. If you're coming from Wordpress and you're blown away by the price of other builders, I can say from my own personal experience that this builder is good enough to justify you not spending an extra $500 elsewhere if you're going to be customizing a lot of different pages.

We have found this app to be very useful for our website needs. Chris is very responsive and though the app has some bugs, he always is quick to try and fix the problem and is willing to work with you. The app is also truly responsive to mobile devices which is a plus. The drag and drop features are easy to use and he is always adding more features. Overall very happy with this app.
