I lean on GP customer support pretty often and I can always rely on them to help resolve any issues/knowledge gaps that I have. It's very reassuring when running an e-Com business.

I am not Tech savvy and found the app easy to use once I completed the tasks several times. There are a number of U Tube video's which I was able to use to assist me when I touched a button and things disappeared ! The help team are excellent and on the two occasions when I have contacted them for help they have been brilliant :) :) and have manage to resolve my issues very quickly. What I have found really good is that they are able to have permission access granted to my store so can have a look for themselves what the issues are - Very pleased with the service

this app is legit the best page making app and im saying this from experience as its my first time designing smth and it was SOOO EASY and when i had a problem i CONTACTED THE STAFF AND THEY REPLIED INSTANTLY and fixed my problem 1000000% happy i found thisS

It take a while to learn, but once you get the hang of it, the possibilities are endless. And the staff is really helpful in showing you around and, so far I had to reach out twice, within 5 minutes I got a response and both issues were solved very quickly.
