I recently discovered GemPages, and I am amazed by its editing capabilities. I am using it to build my store on Shopify. Although I encountered some difficulties during the setup since I am a beginner, I reached out to their support team. Harry assisted me promptly and efficiently! Highly recommend!

I recently got the Gempages paid version. The app does a wonderful job making it a lot easier to customize our website. When I got stuck with an issue, customer support team helped me get it fixed right away. I couldn't be more impressed. Miley from customer support team guided me through every step of the process with exceptional patience and expertise. She even went the extra mile to share a video tutorial, making it easy to implement the necessary fix. Her support was excellent, and I would highly recommend Gempages. I have not started the app yet, I was very impressed with what I saw and how I could transform my pages with relative ease, but I had some initial question so I went to the chat feature. Initially it came back with the message that I would get a reply in a few hours...HOURS? I began to read some information on the page and Pauline came within MINUTES...Phew! Pauline answered my questions, gave me some links I could follow and assured me that they would always be available for assistance as well to walk us through an issue. Enough said...I am moving forward! THANKS PAULINE...you ROCK

I contacted 3 of the top page builder apps to enquire about a specific function. Despite none of them being able to support the function, Celine from GemPages was the only one that assisted me and found an alternative way to achieve my desired outcome. Thank you Celine. I'm highly likely to use GemPages in the future.

I like it very much and have been using it for a long time because it gives me a lot of freedom. Also, I would like to thank you for your kind and patient response when I contacted you. They are happy to respond to individual inquiries such as code additions.・Even when there are multiple people in charge, the contents are clearly understood and I have never felt the discomfort of having to give duplicate explanations. I would like to continue using it. Thank you for your continued support.

Annie and everyone else on the support team has been super super helpful, offering above and beyond support for anything I ask. I can't say I've ever had as helpful tech support as GemPages has. Much appreciated and they've got a loyal customer.

Tony was really good at figuring out what was the issue and really dive in to solve the issue for me and he is also very responsive . I really like the service provided by Tony!
