Non existing technical support. The support are just general customer service people that don't understand development We have a technical problem, but they are unable to solve it because they don't understand the problem.

It take a while to learn, but once you get the hang of it, the possibilities are endless. And the staff is really helpful in showing you around and, so far I had to reach out twice, within 5 minutes I got a response and both issues were solved very quickly.

Used for years. Version 6 and now 7. Amazing software that has made us a lot of money (by being able to customize pretty much anything we want on the site). The customer service chat -- used them three times over the years -- has been fast and helped solve things effortlessly.
