GemPages has been a game changer for building our Shopify pages. The drag-and-drop builder makes it incredibly easy to design professional landing pages without needing a developer. We’ve used it to create product pages, sales pages, and custom layouts that look far better than what the standard Shopify editor allows. The flexibility and control it gives you is huge, especially if you want your store to stand out. Customer support has also been fast and helpful whenever we had questions. The customer support is professional and extremely helpful! I have a problem with the footer. I got the help very quickly, and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend.
I had been delaying writing this review because my workload has been intense, but I couldn’t wait any longer. The customer support team has been exceptional. Every time I ask a question, they make sure they fully understand it. They even summarize what they’ve understood to confirm we’re aligned. Once validated, they take the time to go into my landing pages, analyze the issue directly, and send me clear, step-by-step solutions. They create personalized Loom videos and share resources so I can not only fix the issue, but improve future pages as well. I’ve worked for years in startups and scale-ups, closely with different support teams, and I have to say this team stands out. Their level of care and professionalism is impressive. They absolutely deserve five stars. I’ve been using GemPages for a couple of months now, and beyond the support, I’m very happy with the tool itself. It allows me to send cold traffic to highly specialized landing pages aligned with my ads, and it’s helping me convert and generate sales. This is a tool I know I’ll be using for a long time. And I really want to recognize every member of the support team who has helped me, they deserve the credit: Kayle (two times, she is incredible), Brian, Sage, Ann, Sincalir.
