l'app va configurata bene , facile realizzare pagine e ben strutturata di moduli, assistenza molto buona , alcune funzioni da rivedere che stanno implementando

I love that I can design pages exactly how I envision them using your drag-and-drop elements. The ability to easily customize spacing and positioning makes it simple to create a polished, visually appealing layout. With Shopify’s default themes, I often felt limited, whereas GemPages unlocks far more creative possibilities, allowing me to craft a website that looks both custom and professional.

I really enjoy there customer support. They are quick and efficient and take the time to understand your problem. I recommend them.

Quite complex as a tool, but can do great things! Thanks to the good customer service. Managed to fix various issues in short time. Recommend!

Amazing help to get my issue sorted, app is great, at a great speed to build web pages. 4 stars only because the response time initially is a bit slow. Overall great help & solved issues quickly

I am relatively new when it comes to building, editing, and revising websites, so there was a bit of a learning curve to say the least. However, after almost a year in, I know enough to be dangerous--and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Their saving grace is their customer service, however. Super responsive, kind, and willing to get to the bottom of any issue (which with me, there's a lot-ugh). Sometimes it's not always the answer you were hoping for, but GemPage's staff and customer support are usually kind and understanding while not stopping until they find clarity. Good people (thx Kyle), good product, good music.

Great support team but their new version-7 is very buggy, if they could fix these bugs then it would be really great.

So far so good with the website editor, only downside is lack of a photo editor that you can use after uploading an image to make minor changes or crops to fit certain elements. Responsive editor is very good but I find that its challenging and time consuming to use for various phone sizes and ensure that it works correctly without having to edit each phone size. The best thing about gem pages is customer support, they respond so quickly to any query and fix any issues I have so quickly.

The app itself is useful for smaller teams on a single site. Due to its complexity and lots of functionality, it can slightly malfunction from time to time... however the support team is stellar and will go above and beyond to get you taken care of.

I've been using GemPages Page Builder and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes designing pages a breeze. There are a few minor bugs and usability issues here and there, but nothing that significantly hampers productivity. Of course, there's always room for improvement, and I hope to see some of these quirks ironed out in future updates. What really sets GemPages apart, though, is their customer service. The team is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Special shoutout to Liam, who consistently goes above and beyond—I’d rate his service 5 stars!

Great software - it's a really solid implementation and we use it to a lot of success. That said, their dev team plays fast and loose with their code refactoring. I have to check in on my pages I built now and again to make sure they are still working/displaying as intended, or when I need to republish a page - need to make sure I have time to troubleshoot .css

Gempages is a great tool, you almost can do as much as if you were using wordpress. There is still some room for improvement but they are working on it. The support for sure gets 5 stars as they are quick to reply and come up with solutions most of the time!
