I had an issue with the website designer on Gem Pages, and Tina, Rukky, and the entire support team were absolutely amazing. They responded quickly, understood the problem, and went above and beyond to help me get everything fixed. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication to making sure I was satisfied truly stood out. You can tell they care about their users and take pride in what they do. Huge thanks to the team at Gem Pages — highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about GemPages. Before GemPages I had never built more than a basic shopify store but for this brand, we needed something that could be way more custom and cool and creative. It takes maybe a few hours to get the hang of it and then it's simply the best. Gempages has this powerful and intuitive drag and drop website building interface that allows you to build pretty much whatever you can think of. It's incredibly empowering and fun to use. Beyond being a great product the customer support is incredible. Their entire team goes above and beyond to help you solve your problems when you get stuck. It's like nothing I've seen anywhere else and it's really special. They've even sent Looms to help show and teach me what they did. Special thank you's for Pauline, Tina, Tony, Ken and Sinclair for their support and everyone I've encountered in their support department has been fantastic. Gempages is truly a gem.

Get support from their customer service team always! There's been a few times in recent months where I've enquired about functions within the GemPages7 update and have always had great advice and support from their team. Most recently Jeremy and Henry have both been a great help!

GemPages was easy to build a landing page on (one of the easier out there right now amongst builders) and when I needed help with anything, their help stayed on and stuck with it until we found an answer.
