Brilliant customer service! This app has been a game changer for my store. I've used it to create interesting blogpost designs. The ai element was super handy. It also shows you how to improve SEO. I have also used the theme section to help improve the design of my landing pages. There were some custom features I wanted such as a 'quick add' button which harry was able to help me with super quickly. Highly recommend!!!!!

I’ve been using GemPages for a while now and it honestly made page building much easier for my Shopify store. The drag-and-drop editor is simple to understand, even if you’re not a developer. I was able to design product and landing pages exactly the way I wanted without touching code. The pages look clean, professional, and work well on mobile too. Templates are good, and customization options are more than enough for most stores. It also doesn’t slow down the site, which was a big concern for me. Support team responds quickly and actually helps when you’re stuck. Overall, it’s a solid app and definitely worth using if you want better-looking pages without depending on a developer.

Ken was amazing, he stay with me a bunch of time fixing a issue that I was not able to do myself, without him I will be lost, that is why I love gempages because they has a bunch of nice people like Ken that help us all the time.
Great app but most importantly great customer service. They respond right away and are very quick to fix your problems. Ken especially was a great help!

Even with having just the trial version, customer service was very quick, helpful, and patient with my questions. The editor is easy to use, and a lot less 'clunky' compared to other page builders. Published pages are really very fluid and smooth on all platforms. I'm a fan of this app.
