From the outset, GemPages' user-friendly interface made creating and customizing Shopify pages much easier than using the native customizer (Impact). It offers plenty of features, however, I struggle to decrease the loading time of the landing page. I have no IT background and coding isn't an option for me. I have heard from here and there that GemPages isn't the fastest option on the market and I am not sure if I am going to stick with them in the long run. // The reason for me writing this review is their customer representative Mona. Her responsiveness and expertise were evident from the very first interaction. Not only did she promptly address my queries, but she also took the time to provide detailed explanations and step-by-step instructions to ensure that I fully understood the solutions. // What truly impressed me was Mona's willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was troubleshooting a complex issue or providing personalized recommendations for optimizing my page, Mona consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping me achieve my goals. Her patience, professionalism, and depth of knowledge are outstanding. // After communicating with many customer service agents in the past few months I can confidently say that Mona is the all-time-best so far!

Greatest builder i've used so far, i tested about 3 builders and this is the one closest to what an HTML CSS web customization would look like. 4 Stars just because they reply late and might need more customer service staff.

The app has a decent selection of templates but ended up not needing it. It is a little expensive so I would only recommend for businesses that will use it often.

Not a big fan of page builders typically - always better to build out your pages manually in my opinion. However, Gem Pages are great for people who need to produce landing pages and blog posts and they lack the technical knowledge to code these pages. It is easy to use and builds beautiful landing pages and blogs. So why 4 stars? I would have given it 4.5 if it was possible. The only negative I have with Gem pages is a lot of the code that does not follow best practices for SEO. While this would have been a non-starter for me, the Gem Pages service team is great for editing the changes that we see fit. They communicate well with you and have solved all my issues same day as requested. I have mostly dealt with Walter, but the rest of the team is great as well. 5-star customer service 4-star product

We recently started using this app. It has so many features and is allowing us to make a great-looking site. The customer support is amazing, they are supper responsive and go above and beyond to help with any issues.

This app's support is great - really quick solutions when things go wrong. The app in general has improved over the last year with new features and updates. However, it can be glitchy at times but this may be because we work on a complex theme. With simple Shopify themes, this app would be great and it really easy to use.

Some of the best support I've ever had. I have to say this first and foremost - Walter was absolutely brilliant, super attentive, keen to help problem solve with me and any issue was remedied rapidly! Gempages is a great app if you find your shopify template pages limiting. The software completely opens up your options to create any variety of pages - each module has extensive options on positioning, colouring...you name it! Highly recommended.

Edit: I'm changing my rating to 4 stars because I realized that my PageSpeed rankings have dropped from 28 to 12 since I swtiched to GEM and tech support has confirmed to that they are not optimized for good PageSpeed rankings. This seems like a pretty significant drawback. Other than that, I'm very happy with GEM. I tried several similar apps and they all left me wanting. The best rated one costs twice as much as GemPages and that was too much. Another one didn't work well and the other two made ugly pages. This one is easy to use, integrates very well with Klaviyo and JudgeMe, makes beautiful looking pages, and it is priced right. They even automatically fixed my install when i upgraded my Turbo theme. I'm all set now.

Good builder which could be better in the future. gempages is already quite a good builder for casuals - but to be really a builder for everything it needs something like a pro mode with more setting, a tree control at the right side and better animation capabilities. If you want to be the best there is for shopify - look at something like Oxygen builer or bricks builder. If you could achieve something like that - that would be turely awesome and innovative for shopify as a platform

Great app for designing pages with much more control than the default Shopify page builder. Coming from a background in WordPress, this app is similar to page builders such as Elementor. One note/item to be aware of: When using GemPages for your product pages, you may run into some issues with adding additional functionality to the product page. For example, we added a Klaviyo back in stock button to our code, but with the GemPages product layout, the "notify me" button does not appear in the correct place. Overall, a good app for designing additional pages on your website, but I would recommend using default shopify page design for products if you intend to add functionality to those pages. Fantastic customer service, too!

I am still getting used to this app that is a bit tricky at times as it is not getting along very well with my laptop, YET. BUT the absolute best part about Gempages is their customer service that is second to none! Especially Ken, Quinn and Bella who are always there for me to help me with my questions and my issues are always resolved. Best customer service out of all apps that I have used in Shopify! Thank you guys!!!

Excellent customer service when you can reach them (time difference). They showed me how to fix things and made videos so I could learn myself. They also edited code for me to change some things as well. Takes some time and effort to play around with it to see how it looks (lots of tweaking etc) but once you get the hang of it it goes smoothly!

Very user-friendly and offers lots of functional elements to customise pages with; fairly basic but gets the job done. Ran into a problem with a module suddenly being 'too large' to publish and having to completely rebuild a page to solve it, bit of a pain. But any issues that have come up in the year or so we've been using it staff have been very quick to respond to, either offering solutions or fixing the problem themselves. Would recommend to anyone with no coding skills wanting an easy, no frills page builder and reliable support.

I used this app to build my product pages. it was helpful, to bad though it doesn't work with the Recharge subscription app on the improved shopify platform at least according to Recharge representative. but anyway when I had a question Marc was helpful with all my concerns and prompt so I am grateful for that!
