For a novice like me, this has been amazing. Designed a stunning home page, which I can't believe I created myself. Customer Support is incredible also. Can not go wrong with this app

Seriously the best support i have experienced in any app/tool. Super fast response, always solutions and comprehensive explanation videos + even help with custom code. Apart from the support, just a great, easy app to create highly custom website.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the GemPages customer support team. Their help has been absolutely incredible – they respond so quickly, are always patient, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure I get everything working perfectly on my site. Special shoutout to Dzung, Pauline, Nathan, Kyle, and Ken – each of them has been so generous with their time, walking me through detailed instructions, sharing helpful videos, and making adjustments that I simply wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. It’s rare to find a support team that is this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Thanks to them, I feel confident using GemPages, and I truly couldn’t have done it without their support. Highly recommend both the platform and the amazing team behind it! Exceptional!!

Very nice service. All problems solved in under 1-2h also with coding and professionell team. I like the app really. Nice for building sales pages, adv. Pre-sale etc..

Extremely responsive help and dev teams make GemPages worth it! In the 1+ years we've run on GemPages, our team has utilized their help numerous times and we've seen features on the change log come to fruition in impactful ways for our site. Shopify itself is an absent corporate blob and their front end builder is really limited, but GemPages gives you real people and helpful tools for a highly customizable site building platform. As the user, you can balance drag-and-drop with actual coding to suit your needs.

Great app for customizing landing pages. Conversion rates are significantly higher with it. Best support I've had so far with third-party apps. Pauline and Tony are extremely helpful and kind.

I had trouble integrating Translate & Adapt with Gempages and the product variant just won't display correctly on my translated pages. Ken and Ethan offered their help and even made a custom code to fix the problem. Great product and service!
