I really like GemPages and being able to easily build my landing pages. The builder is simple and there are so many options (love the timer!) that help improve conversions. The only reason I would possibly leave off a star is because the A/B testing feature doesn't track sales conversions, and I feel this is such an important feature if you want to testing landing pages. (You should!) But without sales conversion data, the A/B testing doesn't have much value.

The app stopped working and when I inquired about it, I received a reply immediately and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. Thanks to the support staff.

I think this app will be beneficial. There are plenty of videos and printed text to explain things. It's just there is so much to get a handle on. The chat help function is slow to get connected to someone to help out. Once I did get someone to help me, he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly.

This was my first time using the page builder app and, as expected, I had a few hiccups while trying to navigate through. The learning curve was slightly steep for me, but that's where Anthony, a customer service representative, stepped in. I reached out to the customer service and Anthony responded swiftly. Not only did he address my queries promptly, but he also walked me through the issues I was facing, solving them efficiently. His quick and precise assistance made my experience with the page builder app much smoother. This is truly the best landing page builder for Shopify! I've used ClickFunnels in the past but I decided to switch to Shopify because it's better for dropshipping and store management. Fore me, it is extremely important that your product page is branded and looks like a funnel so you are in control of the customers journey. And GemPages is the only app that has such a flexible editor that allows you to customize everything to your desire. The customer support is extremely dedicate to help you with everything - including custom coding elements. Highly recommend to someone who are just switching from something extremely flexible like ClickFunnels to the hard to customize Shopify Themes.

The app so far seems to be good although my experience with it has been very limited. I did run into an issue with one of the images not appearing in mobile view, so I contacted tech support. I thought someone would get back to me in hours but they got back within minutes and helped me figure out the issue. So I have to say tech support is really good!

After lots of research for the best page builder, GemPages was the clear winner for me. I love the ease and flexibility of creating pages as well as the speed of the pages created. Great support team as well. Thank you guys for being the best and making my life easier.
