This program gives you far more options then the regular shoplifty editor. And the support is quick to respond to your questions. Seeing and having separate editing for each type of device from desktop to mobile is extremely useful.

A great way to customize and brand a Shopify store. Support is pretty good, but you have to work with them for more complicated issues. I've generally had my issues resolved, but sometimes it can take a back and forth before they understand. Has a lot of features, but wish it had a few more, like Library blocks that were all linked so you could change the same thing without having to edit multiple pages.

perfect app to have a beautiful website, just some bug but it's fix quickly definitely recommand this app

Good app, Only negative thing is that building large pages with many product slows the page, but Shopify problem.

I had the app active for 2 days. As i was on another project at the same time i realized i rushed too much to activate it and reached out the Gempages support to ask if i can stop it and keep the rest of the trial. I received positive answer that i won't loose the rest and i can come back to the app whenever i'm ready. I deactivated the app after this email on the 2nd day of using it. A week later i received an email stating my trial has expired, when i actually had not used it and for already 4 days i keep writing to their support but nobody cares to reply back!!! Updating my review, as i was contacted by the support and given a good proposition/solution. Will be able to evaluate the service itself, once i start using it.

The app does as it should - helps you build custom pages however, my biggest gripe is their customer support. We pay for their advanced plan and with that, comes VIP Support but so far, the support doesn't seem any different than what we were receiving on starter plans. In fact, since we are based out of North America, their support comes the following day given the timezones - which is fair. But, don't be fooled with VIP or, even priority support if this is important to you. So far, it's been more than 3 days with a page ready to go live, waiting for support to fix what seems to me, like a bug. Other than that - great platform.

It's a very accessible application, very easy to use, ideal for beginners! I will be using it for a long time! The support it's great, they investigate until the issue it's solve, and their soft skills are quite impressive.

Found this app to be easy to implement and use. Have had a couple of interactions with support and found it to be quick and effective.

UPDATE - after I posted a negative review, a support rep named Janie came to the rescue and was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes. If you are running into an issue, I recommend you ask for her directly in order to save time and sanity. ----- ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF AN APP. Spent two whole days working on a page, only to get a red "internal server error" popup when I hit the Publish button. Contacted support thinking this would be fixed, 3 days later I feel like blowing my brains out. The whole conversation is completely absurd, it’s like talking to a prototype robot from the 80’s (except they have a korean idol as their avatar). I think I’m being pranked, it’s the only explanation that makes sense. It doesn’t seem like they are even looking into this bug, so not only did I lose 2 days of work, I also have been losing my mind trying to properly communicate with them, only to get zero help & zero answer as to why this is happening or how to get the friggin page finally published.

I am still currently formulating my full thoughts on this app however it asks that i type at least 100 characters. This star count indicates my current level of satisfaction with these app developers. I will keep it updated. Current Status: Seems like Chris hired some help, things have been much better with the customer service end lately

I love this app! It is very easy to use and so intuitive. There is a few small issues but Chris has been amazing.
