I was dealing with an issue with the dynamic checkout button for about five hours, and it was really frustrating. I tried fixing it on my own, but eventually had to reach out to support because I just couldn’t figure it out. To my surprise, they got back to me super quickly—just four minutes after I messaged them. It took about 30-40 minutes for them to track down the problem and fix it completely. They found the issue in a spot I never would’ve thought to look. Tony, in particular, was awesome. He walked me through everything step by step and explained it clearly. As a business owner, good support like this is a lifesaver, especially when something’s messing with your business. I honestly don’t think they could’ve handled it any faster, and I’m really impressed with how they handled the whole thing.

This app has been monumental for my website! It's so user-friendly and I was able to build my pages perfectly to my liking. I highly recommend if you are someone who isn't so tech savvy but knows what you want for your page's aesthetic.

Their customer service is 10/10. IT's crucial to have timely and helpful responses as a small business owner and they really deliver. I would definitely recommend using GemPages.

The App is very easy to use. It's a must have if you want to scale your business. Also the copy paste between pages or saving blocks are perfect to work faster and in a pixel perfect way. The price is also perfect, no need to spend $500 per month.

Emerald is the man. He showed up and helped me set up my shop pay-in-installments on my landing page to help give my cold traffic multiple payment alternatives. This meant a lot for lowering the perceived cost of my product and will surely help my conversions! He didn't stop until it was 100% complete and even helped with the most tedious stuff. He gave copy/paste codes and couldn't have made it easier.
