I have been using the Gem Pages Landing Page Builder for a while, and it is amazing! It helps me to make my store look sleeker and more professional. The times I have requested assistance I have received support quickly. The help staff have always been kind understanding and helpful. It is always a great experience dealing with them!

I’ve had such a phenomenal experience using GemPages. The platform itself is powerful and easy to use, making it much simpler to build and customize pages exactly the way I want for my store. What really stood out to me, though, was the support. Sarah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand the issue I was facing and stayed dedicated to helping me resolve it step by step. Instead of just giving quick responses, she made sure everything was fully working and that I was completely satisfied before closing the case. It’s rare to find support that’s this patient and committed, and Sarah truly went above and beyond. Thanks to her help, my issue was resolved smoothly and I was able to move forward without any frustration. Overall, I highly recommend GemPages not only for the tool itself but also for the outstanding support team behind it!

Love it the app. With literally no experience in website designing, GemPages helps me to make some really nice pages with drag and drop templates. Of course, I would love even more easy directory like what i just experienced. After designing my "About" page, I couldn't find a way to actually directly publish it only my shopify menu, then after asking the GemPages staff, she clarified how I can actually set it as a "Landing Page" then link it to shopify. So those different headings actually makes things more complicated and confusing. Worth putting them in different name to avoid the confusion.

The team at GemPages is amazing! They helped me work through coding issues that were preventing my page from displaying correctly. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and most importantly they fixed all my issues. I can't thank them enough!
