In the 1+ years we've run on GemPages, our team has utilized their help numerous times and we've seen features on the change log come to fruition in impactful ways for our site. Shopify itself is an absent corporate blob and their front end builder is really limited, but GemPages gives you real people and helpful tools for a highly customizable site building platform. As the user, you can balance drag-and-drop with actual coding to suit your needs.

I had trouble integrating Translate & Adapt with Gempages and the product variant just won't display correctly on my translated pages. Ken and Ethan offered their help and even made a custom code to fix the problem. Great product and service!

Hello, what I like most about Gem Page, apart from the easy page construction, is the support. They respond quickly and are always willing to help.

I've only been using Gempages for 2 weeks but so far I'm very impressed with how easy it is to use and even moreso how feature rich it seem to be. I've had to reach out to support twice and they have been very helpful in addressing my questions - along with very timely response. Still learning but so far so good.
