I've been using GemPages for a while now, and while the app itself is intuitive and powerful for building custom Shopify pages, it's the technical support that truly stands out. The support team is incredibly responsive. They are very quick to answer any queries, no matter how complex the issue. What really impressed me is how they don’t just offer quick fixes. They dive deep into the problems, even the highly technical ones, and guide you through them with patience and clarity. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly, offering me a custom solution and recoding a template that did not work for me. Their team never hesitated to jump in and find a solution. It's rare to find support this dedicated and proactive. I'm beyond impressed and grateful for the level of help I received. Great application if you are looking for an easy drag and drop builder, with a lot of options. Their customer support is fantastic, replying quickly and even their technical support is always willing to create what you want even if it is not an option on the app, with custom code.

Okay not only is the app actually incredible and the things you can do with it but the customer service is amazing, I have been helped multiple times with custom code and they are always super helpful, especially Kiran!

great support, great app - i tried a lot of page builders but this one stood out because of how it implements with shopify and how easy it is to create great looking pages. I can recommend this. Also the support is really helpful!
