i dont usually write reviews but today i thought i should because i have using GemPages for over a year now and it has helped my business website launch time a lot. Easier drag and drop function than shopify, preloaded templates and ability to preload images are some of the best functions of a website builder app you can ever want which you get in this app for free. I dont think i will ever stop using GemPages, keep growing GemPages...

We have been using Gempages for 5 yrs now and so far it has been great. There is a lot you can do with it and we are probably only using a fraction of the available features. We decided to use the free website theme from Shopify and then subscribe to Gempages to customize all the pages to our brand style. The user interface is pretty easy to figure out and if you get yourself into a jam I found that ChatGPT will help answer any questions you will need answered. If need be you can always call upon their customer support. We recently were experiencing a problem with one of the product pages and the customer support team identified the problem and fixed it right away. They were very friendly and helped fix the issue.

I'm pretty new to Shopify and creating my own store. GemPages really helped me out alot. I did not really enjoy the default page builder from Shopify, so I tried alternatives. GemPages is the only page builder which I personally love. It makes creating your own website so much easier. I would personally recommend everyone to try it, even if you already have a website.

The Customer Service was quite exceptional. Tony specifically provided very good service and despite the issues which needed to be resolved, he was on it immediately and did the best he possibly could. I thought he was very well spoken and easy to understand, no complaints. Overall GemPages has one of the best customer service teams for sure!

It's a powerful and easy-to-use page editor. I built my first content page from scratch in minutes. The best surprise was how quickly support is available. I had an element formatting question, and Abiola promptly answered it. No waiting for a response. Thanks for such a great and valuable product.

GemPages è semplicemente ESSENZIALE per chiunque usi Shopify! Utilizzo GemPages da diversi mesi per costruire le pagine del mio store Shopify e posso dire con assoluta certezza che è uno degli strumenti più potenti, intuitivi e versatili disponibili sul mercato. Ma sapete qual è la vera ciliegina sulla torta? Il loro supporto clienti. È semplicemente ASSURDO (in senso positivo, ovviamente!). Ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno di aiuto, che fosse una personalizzazione complicata o una questione tecnica specifica, il team di supporto è intervenuto in tempi record, con una disponibilità, cortesia e competenza che raramente si vedono in questo settore. Evidenzio alcuni punti che fanno davvero la differenza: Supporto tecnico ultra-veloce: risposte rapide anche nel giro di pochi minuti, con soluzioni concrete, spesso fornite con screenshot o addirittura modifiche fatte direttamente sul mio sito. Esperti veri, non chatbot: ogni membro del team sa esattamente dove mettere le mani, anche per richieste avanzate come codice personalizzato, problemi di compatibilità o integrazioni particolari. Atteggiamento super umano: ti seguono passo passo, non ti lasciano mai solo e mostrano una pazienza infinita, anche se non sei un esperto.
