I've used the support several times and I've always gotten an answer after an hour! I received very professional help immediately. every time my request was implemented! I love Gempages and can only recommend it to everyone!

Best customer service I ever had! Shout out to Ken, who has resolved all my issues and answered all my inquiries without any delays. The app itself is fantastic to add special features to your page. But as being far from tech savvy, I just had a few fundamental inquiries and I was helped so flawlessly. I highly recommend this app among all other similar apps.

I went with GemPages over PageFly for my Shopify store, and I’m so glad I did. The customer support with GemPages is seriously top-notch—they're super quick to respond and always helpful, which made a huge difference for me. Plus, the platform is really easy to use. The drag-and-drop builder is straightforward, even if you’re not tech-savvy, so I had no trouble designing my pages just the way I wanted. There are tons of templates and customization options too, so I was able to create a store that felt unique to my brand. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to build out their online store.

App works well with shopify, AND with other apps. Their new AI feature is quite helpful for starting new landing pages. But the best part is their support. They always answer quickly and make sure we are satisfied with the resolution.

Superb help, had to wait a bit which is understandable at this period of the year, when the help was there it was Superb, clever, friendly, top notch! Recommended!
