I use Gem across all my stores and I cannot fault it! The support is always quick and effective, no being fobbed off like some Shopify app supports! The app allows you to make some really nice pages, really quick and easily and the load times are pretty good. Would recombed this for website!

I used GemPages to build out my entire website so that it looked exactly the way I wanted it to (the native Shopify builder is SO limited!). I just realized today that there was an issue with the Search function on all of my GemPages-built pages. I contacted support through the live chat function and was connected with a support person within 5 minutes. Tony was extremely helpful and expedited my issue to technical support. In under 30 minutes, they not only solved my issue, but included screenshots showing me exactly what they did to rectify it - amazing! This type of customer support is why I chose GemPages in the first place and I am SO happy I did! It's such a huge relief to be able to connect with a support team and get issues fixed in a timely manner when they arise. Highly recommend!

GemPages has been an essential tool for building and customizing my Shopify store. The flexibility it provides for designing product pages and landing pages is excellent. I contacted support to help configure all buttons to go directly to checkout with a default quantity of one. Jeremy from the support team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. He provided clear video instructions that made the process very easy to follow. The issue was resolved quickly, and the support experience was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate the level of assistance provided. Highly recommended for both the builder itself and the outstanding customer support.
