Absolutely fantastic support team! Super helpful and responsive. App is just as great, whatever I needed was just there and worked as expected! I used PageFly for awhile, but I genuinely like GemPages better!

I used this page builder shortly after getting shopify. Hated the UI in Shopify for customising the themes and pages if I'm completely honest so GemPages was a lifesaver. I stopped using it for a while about 6 months ago because I was having some financial problems but when I've come back everything is just as easy as before with even more features and optimisations which I love so big thanks to GemPages and their team. Also the Support is KING, 24/7 there is people to help you, might take an hour or two sometimes but it's worth the wait. Honorable mentions to their support team Harry, Jamie, Liam! Very helpful and sorted my problems between the 3 of them as it was a multiday one question after the other scenario aha.

I've tried several page builder apps, but GemPages is by far the best. It takes a little time to understand how everything works, but once you go through it once, it becomes really easy to use. I had an issue and reached out to customer support, and Roxanne helped me out. She was super friendly and provided amazing assistance. Thanks to her, I was able to solve my problem quickly.

I had a few issues with my page and they fixed it within minutes, both my issues which I had no idea about how to fix. It was super technical their tech team found and fixed the issues so quickly. Super happy with the service

GemPages is pretty easy to learn and amazing to use once you get the hang of things. It's light years better Shopify's editor and well worth the money. And their support is so good. Again, puts Shopify support to shame. This should probably be a 5, but there are just a handful of minor things that would be nice. I'll call it a 4.8.

I had an issue with integrating my live chat widget to my website and the support team was very helpful! They indeed resolve the issue in no time.
