GP runs smoothly and is user-friendly. Customer support is solid, Tina took care of me today and did a great job helping me.
I’ve been using GemPages for several years now, and I’m extremely satisfied. The platform is user-friendly and allows me to create high-quality pages with ease. Whenever I have a question or need support, the team is always helpful and quick to resolve any issues—especially since they have access to my shop, making troubleshooting seamless. The only downside for me is that I have to rebuild my designs separately for desktop, iPad, and iPhone, which can be time-consuming. It would be great if this process were more streamlined. Overall, I highly recommend GemPages for anyone looking for a flexible and powerful page builder for Shopify!

I've been using GemPages for a couple of months store to build my store and when I come into some trouble with design, the customer support service really knows what they're doing. Even when I show them example designs of different websites. Thank you for being awesome guys!

GemPages is by far the best and most capable landingpage creation and cro tool for shopify. We're building all our funnels and sales pages in this plattform and we couldn't be happier with all the possibilities the pagebuilder itself provides and the performance the app gives us. Furthermore I gotta say that the guys and girls deliver an unbelivable support. Very fast response times, 100 % solution driven and very easy to understand. Highly recommend working with GemPages. I was originally using PageFly and they were too costly for me to justify the price. Then I moved to Pagetify, but there wasn't good customer support. So then I moved to GemPages and the customer support is phenomenal. Very thorough and even recorded their screen so they could teach me how to make every detail work that I was aiming for. They worked with me 1:1 for over 2 hours and now I am finally excited about my website. I am so glad I was working with Tony to getting my collection pages cleaned up, home page polished, footer created, a few other landing and policy pages updated so it is cohesive with the website. They are also trying to help me integrate a few 3rd party apps. Huge win. I am so happy! 10/10 recommend.
