I've used this app for over a year now and I have to say it is fantastic! If you find the Shopify website editor doesn't meet your requirements or you don't want to have to worry about coding this app is perfect for you! It's a really easy website editor which works on a block style basis but offers so much customization that you can really make your website yours. The customer service team is incredible, many times have I messaged them asking if there was any way to change one of the blocks to fit a requirement I needed or to help me with inputting some custom code and they have always fixed the issues I was having, are super nice and really quick at solving your issue. I am having to uninstall the app but that is not due to any fault from the company running this app and will recommend this app to others! They have made everything super easy for me and work very hard to keep their customers happy.

This review is a little long but will, hopefully, be of use to those considering GemPages to assist in Shopify store design. Our 21-year-old company was recently put into a position of having to rapidly change shopping cart solutions. We quickly surveyed viable players and settled on Shopify. Once into Shopify, we realized we needed design assistance. Before dropping untold thousands of dollars on a coding shop, we explored available apps to see if we could duplicate the existing site, but in a Shopify environment, in-house. It is there we found GemPages, and what a joy it has been. Seriously. Having decades of experience in man-machine interface design, I can say that this app is one of the most intuitive and well thought out pieces of design software I have experienced. Literally every page-design feature needed to accurately externalize what you envision in your head is provided for in this application. Precise element placement, color control, great imagery reproduction, impressive typography oversight, and on and on. In addition to the ability to adjust different features... is the *manner* in which you can adjust features. For instance, pick at an element border, then slide, and you can adjust margins (or you can make the adjustments numerically). As I said, intuitive. The application is, for the most part, laid out in an easy-to-understand manner. You might have to search for different settings, but they are there. The documentation is well written and covers most of the features and capabilities. Perhaps most compelling has been the Tech Support. This has been a Master Class on how to take care of customers. *Everyone* with whom I have had interactions using the real-time chat feature of the app, regardless of the time of day or night, has been polite, knowledgeable about the product, quick to say, "I don't know, but will find the answer," and very sociable. In order of appearance, to Kenny, Daniel, Mona, Mulz, Tina, Hugh, Johnathan, Bella, and most recently, Jane, you have all been tremendously helpful. I cannot thank you enough.

I love this app. Im in my forties, so coding is my idea of hell! But a beautiful website is really important to me, this app has made it so easy, just needed to play around for a while at the start. But the templates are amazing. I get compliments on my website all the time. Between gempages and canva, you can save thousands and have a professional looking website. The help is amazing too, I often cant work out the little stuff and bella will get back to me within minutes and send a video, which makes it easy for a dinosaur like me! Worth the money

We've been using this app for a while now and are pretty much happy with it. The one thing that does stand out is the customer support for this app. They are very quick and try their best to help customers out. Unlike other apps/plugins companies where you have to email them and wait for days for a reply, Gempages has a live chat support that replies back instantly.

I built a whole custom website for my brand in about a week with gempages. Really easy to use (I'm a designer, not technical!) Easy to format and space. Amazing features and tools. And best of all the customer support is super fast and they could not be nicer or more helpful - they even made custom videos for me to show me how to do stuff... highly recommend.
