Updated: 15 months later, we are still here. The previous saving issue was resolved at last and good 15 months passed by. Honestly in the market, it is hard to find something close to GemPages. It is not perfect, but it still the best. Recently, we had an overflow sections issues and preventing us from saving and publishing. The CS team jumped in and help us redesign the page in 60 minutes. So they remind us that we have left a bad review earlier and check if we changed our mind. YES. We like Gempages and the customer service had been superb in these 15 months. We now have more than 20 stores running on GemPages. We will for no doubt recommend GemPage (Special thanks to CS Jacob and Ken!) Previous review: Day 1 we found that nothing was saved after 3 hours of work on a lander. Day 2 we contacted the support, was told this is likely a connection issue: Session timed out. So we save every 15 minutes. At the end of day 2, nothing was saved again. We contact the support again, seems no clue. And there is no recoverable backup. Enough. Saving every 15 minutes also not working. And the CS was trying to say we have too many theme sessions, more than 20 while we are at 19. He doesn't even bother to check our account before making any suggestion, while he already got the collaborative access.

Great customer service however the pages can be heavy on your site and the formatting is complex and repetitive.
every single time I have asked for support, the team have responded quickly. They have provided a solution every time without fail. Harry was so unbelievably helpful the last time, and they are always mega polite. The app is superior to every other I have used. Woudl not hesitate to recommend.

I use Gempages for product pages, landing pages, my homepage and more for multiple brands/ sites I manage. I love the app, it's very easy to use and makes me look great to my bosses who are picky about how they want things to look. Customer service is always amazing, they solve every issue I have. Special shout out to Teniola, her customer service skills are wonderful, and she really went above and beyond to assist me with the affirm messaging I wanted to show up on my product pages. Affirm support was no help, but no Gempages! Teniola got it done quick and also showed me how.

I just started using GemPages, and I’m already impressed! The platform is user-friendly and makes customizing pages so much easier. What really stands out is their amazing support team—they’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions and concerns.
I was utterly dissatisfied with the basic free shopify themes and unwilling to drain 200-300USD uselessly on premium shopify themes. Then I stumbled upon Gempages which hit it home for me. The Customer service is absolutely outstanding and its features are sophisticated and brilliant. Now i'd also like to point out flaws in Gempages. Despite the availability of excellent features, it is still not sufficient enough. Hope the Gempages team is taking into account all the unavailable features and issues listed by the users and initiating steps to add and rectify it.

I was dealing with an issue with the dynamic checkout button for about five hours, and it was really frustrating. I tried fixing it on my own, but eventually had to reach out to support because I just couldn’t figure it out. To my surprise, they got back to me super quickly—just four minutes after I messaged them. It took about 30-40 minutes for them to track down the problem and fix it completely. They found the issue in a spot I never would’ve thought to look. Tony, in particular, was awesome. He walked me through everything step by step and explained it clearly. As a business owner, good support like this is a lifesaver, especially when something’s messing with your business.
