Very useful app. Redirects customers from our GBP store to our USD store. We needed some customisation of the display banner and the GeoIP team responded within 24hrs with a solution.

Have been using this app for the last couple of months and it just works! The backend user interface is user-friendly and it was straightforward and simple setting up the re-direct. Their support team was quick in responding to queries and troubleshooting.

Really easy to install and operate. Works consistently allowing us to send any overseas traffic to the correct regional Shopify store. Also, their customer support is great. They were able to work with me to omit our blog page from the redirect.

We've only been using the app for a few days now but so far it's been really great! We had some pretty specific design ideas for the drop-down that required custom CSS and Spice Gems was great with helping us out with that! They always reply quickly and promptly and addressed any issues that we had as well as caught a mistake I made while setting it up. Overall great support and a great app!

This app has enabled us to redirect all our Australian customers to our AU site so they can pay in their currency. Great that it can be done without any pop ups and just redirect automatically too!

Great app. Simple to setup and does exactly as it's supposed to. Support very quick to reply also when I found an issue with IP exclusion - which they fixed quickly.

So far I am very satisfied with this tool. I tried Geolizr and two other IP redirect tools (to direct people to Canadian and US versions of my website), and so far this tool is the only one that worked exactly as I wanted it to. It is the only one I could find that works on mobile. I wanted to change the color of the Yes and No buttons as well as the font and their development team provided me with the Custom CSS in less than 24 hours. My only suggestion would be for the tool to come pre-installed with the CSS so that shop owners could immediately change these options, without bugging the dev team. Overall great tool!

The support is slow (24 hours) to get responses as they are in india. The automatic redirect was very slow (3-5 seconds) which didn't work for our customer experience. Tried for a week to get it working with no luck.
