I am trying to cancel my subscription for the past few days but I can't. There's no cancel my subscripion or anything. The contact they have is not replying/working. Please, assist with the cancelling the subscription.
In order to cancel the subscription you need to uninstall the app. Click on Apps and "App and sales channel settings". There you will see the list of all installed apps. Click uninstall next to the app.

Cette application a fait beugé tout notre site, toutes les pages produits sont masquées. Même en supprimant l'application, je n'arrive pas à rendre visible les pages produits... Je les ai contacté et je n'ai pas de réponse.

I was encouraged by the positive feedback but I found omplicated to install. I gave up. Will look for a simpler app.
