I am trying to cancel my subscription for the past few days but I can't. There's no cancel my subscripion or anything. The contact they have is not replying/working. Please, assist with the cancelling the subscription.
In order to cancel the subscription you need to uninstall the app. Click on Apps and "App and sales channel settings". There you will see the list of all installed apps. Click uninstall next to the app.

Besides the tool being very good, the support is excellent. I asked them to add a webhook trigger to the form, and they promptly resolved it.
