I was looking for app like this for so long. Everyting is so user friendly that it doesnt take you the whole day to set up 1 offer. Support was quickly and could answear all of my questions in a couple of minutes. 2 features i needed were not possible but i hope they do smth about it :)

I must admit that setting up the Gifts using Gift Box has been a wild ride. There were several issues that we had to address, but their Customer Service is nothing short of phenomenal! In the end we made it work and it looks great. My thanks go out to Rein and Lucia for their patience, time and knowledge invested into making this work.

I have come back to this APP after a not-so-good experience in the past. After an initial struggle, I reached out to customer service and Juan helped me with my concerns incl. customizing the text using CSS. He went all out to ensure I was happy. The APP has been live for a couple of hours now and happy with how it is performing. I would recommend the APP for free gifting and superb customer service.

GiftBox is super easy to use, it offers a brilliant way to display tier-based free gifts to customers. This app can certainly boost the conversion rate and AOV! Moreover, the support team is extremely helpful in that they help customize the design and coding upon request. Much appreciated!

We used this app for Black Friday to promote a free gift + discount on-site. Had an edge case that made us not want to actually display the free gift in cart/checkout and the tech team was super supportive in helping us make sure this happened. My only thought for the future of this app would be to enable the free gift to refres in checkout/cart after someone put a discount in (found a loophole here).

I've tried them all and this one is the winner! This app easily allows my store to offer free gifts in a variety of offers. The support is very responsive and helpful, and they helped me to integrate the app with my style of drawer cart. I have already seen higher transactions by using this app to offer gift incentives! Update: There was a recent issue I needed help with and the support team took care of everything within 20 minutes - great service :)

We encountered some issues with the free gift not triggering after we redesigned our website to include a quick add feature and a cart flyout instead of our traditional checkout. A member of the Digismoothie team was able to provide custom coded support and got it working within a day (and on a Saturday at that!). A very positive experience and we look forward to exploring other Digismoothie apps in the future. Well done!

There are only 3 apps that can create a campaign where you give a free gift with purchase. I tried 2 other apps but they both didn't work. Giftbox is the only app perfectly worked for my site. It was so easy to setup the campaign! I am so happy with this app and will use every time I run campaign.

This is a great app with excellent customer service, however, there are a few issues: 1) All Paypal payments were only accepted in US$ and not in the customers local currency 2) Although there is an option to enter a regular discount code via the app pop up, most customers are used to seeing this option at checkout- when using the app this option is not available 3) Does not work with Auto discounts since the app uses draft orders
