Fantastic app and has even better customer support. I've set up my first gift and our sales exploded. CPA was dramatically better than before so we are now completely changing our strategy to include gifts more often.

It's one of the excellent apps for my store. It solved my problem with the gifting for my customers. I can easily add the conditions, choose, what I want to give to the customers, I can see the reporting stuff, etc. And all wrapped up in a simple and intuitive application that is easy to use. The App does, what we need. Simple and reliable. There could be a few more customization options but that is more on the nice to have than need side of things. Digismoothie's Support is great! We had a little issue and they were super fast and super helpful.

We've just recently installed the Gift Box app on our Shopify store and we are extremely satisfied with the results! The app is extremely user-friendly and easy to set up, just a few simple clicks. And finally, we can offer free gifts for specific collections that are automatically added to the cart. Also support team is the best! They were answering very quickly, were very helpful.

Love this app. Have used it previously with multiple agency clients and now internally and have never had an issue. Great way to communicate gift with purchase promotions clearly. The team are great -- they helped customise the app style for our site as well.

Aloha, we had an issue with the free gift app and slide cart app, where the free gift wasn't being deleted when the primary product was. I contacted tech support and it was resolved the same day. Awesome guys! Mahalo,

I was looking for app like this for so long. Everyting is so user friendly that it doesnt take you the whole day to set up 1 offer. Support was quickly and could answear all of my questions in a couple of minutes. 2 features i needed were not possible but i hope they do smth about it :)

I must admit that setting up the Gifts using Gift Box has been a wild ride. There were several issues that we had to address, but their Customer Service is nothing short of phenomenal! In the end we made it work and it looks great. My thanks go out to Rein and Lucia for their patience, time and knowledge invested into making this work.

I have come back to this APP after a not-so-good experience in the past. After an initial struggle, I reached out to customer service and Juan helped me with my concerns incl. customizing the text using CSS. He went all out to ensure I was happy. The APP has been live for a couple of hours now and happy with how it is performing. I would recommend the APP for free gifting and superb customer service.

GiftBox is super easy to use, it offers a brilliant way to display tier-based free gifts to customers. This app can certainly boost the conversion rate and AOV! Moreover, the support team is extremely helpful in that they help customize the design and coding upon request. Much appreciated!

I've tried them all and this one is the winner! This app easily allows my store to offer free gifts in a variety of offers. The support is very responsive and helpful, and they helped me to integrate the app with my style of drawer cart. I have already seen higher transactions by using this app to offer gift incentives! Update: There was a recent issue I needed help with and the support team took care of everything within 20 minutes - great service :)

We encountered some issues with the free gift not triggering after we redesigned our website to include a quick add feature and a cart flyout instead of our traditional checkout. A member of the Digismoothie team was able to provide custom coded support and got it working within a day (and on a Saturday at that!). A very positive experience and we look forward to exploring other Digismoothie apps in the future. Well done!
