The front-end of this app looks great: it's responsive, easy for customers to use and understand, and definitely makes the free gifts really attractive. We first got this app to use over Black Friday, and I thought I had stress tested it enough leading up to the big sale, but on the day we wound up experiencing some inventory issues with the gifts. Because of the rush and chaos of the day, we didn't have a chance to reach out to customer support to look into this while it was relevant. Afterwards, once the developers were made aware of the issues, they went out of their way to look into what might have gone wrong and gave us very personalized, thoughtful service. Our first experience with the app was disappointing but I'm confident that their team will get to the bottom of it before we use it for another event. I'm very grateful for the support we received.

We've spend weeks searching for and testing the various GWP apps but none of them worked as wonderfully as this one! It is very well thought through, blends in seamlessly with our theme and does exactly what it says it will do. Apart from that, we did have a couple of inquiries and the support team was extremely fast with their response, going the extra mile and beyond to absolutely make everything possible that we had asked for. There are some very skilled and professional people behind this app who know exactly what they're doing. So, it's a great app/product and first class customer support - what more can you ask for? This app is very easy to use, and works very well. Simplicity is the key. Also, the guys on the help desk go out of their way to resolve any issues. They quickly sorted out an issue where the free gifts were shown in a region where we didn't want them to be shown. It's one of the excellent apps for my store. It solved my problem with the gifting for my customers. I can easily add the conditions, choose, what I want to give to the customers, I can see the reporting stuff, etc. And all wrapped up in a simple and intuitive application that is easy to use. The App does, what we need. Simple and reliable. There could be a few more customization options but that is more on the nice to have than need side of things. Digismoothie's Support is great! We had a little issue and they were super fast and super helpful.
