I'm really happy with the app — especially because it lets you create both physical and digital gift cards. The support has also been great; Arthur in particular has been incredibly helpful.

Very good app, compared to other solutions we’ve tested before. Gift card email template includes the message for the receiver. Theme customizations are handled by the team in a few hours. Many thanks to Arthur for the fast response and help with customizations

After lots of back and forth with the app developers we eventually had to uninstall this app as they were unable to fix the issues that arose and it made gift cards unusable.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your valuable feedback. Our team performed some custom work for your store, which unfortunately led to unexpected issues. We responded within 20 minutes of your report, called you directly, and resolved the technical part within 40 minutes. It seems that someone from your team later sent a gift card to the wrong recipient and disabled it, which caused it to become unusable. We completely understand how such things can happen and are happy to help you set everything back up correctly.

Gift Card Hero is an excellent all-in-one solution that makes managing and selling gift cards on our store effortless. New users to shopify and needed a solution for schools to be able to allow parents to order and then be invoiced, this was the perfect answer. It helps with bulk amounts of gift cards and the reporting is fab. When the report didnt quite do what we needed, they customised the report so it did. Can highly recommend.

We recently relaunched our digital gift card program switching to Gift Card Hero.
