Gift Card Hero was just what I needed for my Bridal, Graduate and Baby Registries. I had been reloading gift cards in my Quick Books POS and it worked perfectly for what I needed. When I took advantage of the Shopify/Quick Books bundle I needed to be able to do the same thing. Shopify hooked me up with Gift Card Hero and the rest, as they say, is history. The team that supports this app is amazing. They went overboard when I made a request for a particular feature. My contact person for this request was Arthur T. He kept me informed as the team worked on my request. When the feature was added, he sent me great instructions as to how I was to proceed. He has followed up with me to make sure everything is working properly. It is great to know that Arthur T and his team are interested and dedicated to good customer service.

We had been looking for an app that would streamline our Gift Card offer and we have found it with this app. Gift Card Hero exceeds our initial expectation. Installation was easy and without any issues and when we did need a bit of help with one aspect of issuing cards, Arthur was extremely helpful and responded in very quick time. 100% happy!

Klasse Support. Mir gefällt vor allem die einfache Bedienung der App über Shopify. Man kann ganz einfach alles einstellen, wie z.B. Mailvorlagen, Gutscheindesign, usw. Der Support hilft einem auch bei individuellen Wünschen mit einer schnellen Reaktionszeit.

The service and options are incredible... I own a Carwash which has a different loyalty system than most companies. I use the gift card as a Pre-paid washcard and it works really well. It was one of the only options I had to implement this type of card. So I'm really happy how it turned out.

Very good app, and excellent support! App was good out of the box, but needed some tweaks for our mini cart and some styling updates. We were going to do the latter, but their support fixed all of it. Great work

Et de voir le résultat sur le mien m'a subjugué. Customisé sur mesure grace à la réactivité et la patience d'Arthur. Pas de coût caché, pour le moment en tout cas. La possibilité d'envoyer une version physique. Et la possibilité d'envoyer des cartes cadeaux en masse à vos clients. Ou une belle manière de donner un avoir. TOP. Absolutely love this app! Gift Card Hero is a perfect solution to my physical in-store gift card needs. It’s great all around and I highly recommend it! Also, a useful tip: if you’re transitioning to Shopify from another system (welcome and congratulations!), there’s a clever workaround to use this app and bring over all your hundreds of valuable unused plastic gift cards. ;) This app has truly been a game-changer for our business.

Easy to use app with a lot of great features. we needed offline and online gift card and that extension solves all the issues we had before with the "normal" gift cards from shopify. support is also very fast, friendly and helpful.

So impressed with this app! I highly recommend. I have tried a number of gift card apps, but came up against issues with all of them. Arthur was incredibly quick and helpful at getting us all set up. No issues at all.

The App offers many great features that work very well for us and the customer. Especially the option to send the gift voucher directly by email on a day of choice. The App configuration needs some time to adjust but the team was super fast to adapt design and some minor things.

Their support team is very helpful and responsive. The default template coupled the scheduling of the delivery of the gift card with the addition of a recipient and a recipient's email address. I asked to have the calendar option removed - just have the recipient, the message, and the recipient's email.
