After lots of back and forth with the app developers we eventually had to uninstall this app as they were unable to fix the issues that arose and it made gift cards unusable.

It helps with bulk amounts of gift cards and the reporting is fab. When the report didnt quite do what we needed, they customised the report so it did. Can highly recommend.
