Gift Card Hero • All‑in‑one

These guys have been really amazing. They have done a lot of custom work for our gift card set up and managed to finish all the custom changes very quickly in time for Black Friday. They were able to set up two different gift card products with unique images for one of our stores, all the way from product page through the whole purchasing and fulfillment experience. I highly recommend!

Really great customer service from Arthur! He customised the app to our theme and answered all our queries very quickly. The app is great and does exactly what we need it to do - the best features are that you can opt to send digital or physical gift cards, and customers can schedule when they want digital cards to be sent in the future. Really happy with the functionality and support!

Arthur and his team are exceptionally helpful and were able to make setting everything up easy and painless! Very accommodating and they are working on some great new features. We turned this on and sold our first gift card within a couple days! This app really steps up the look and feel of the gift card page quite a bit over the standard options in Shopify.

Great app and amazing support!

So far, so fabulous! The app has resolved our Gift Card concerns and exceeded our expectations. As soon as it was loaded and we started customizing it the existing Shopify gift cards synced to the app. Shopify and the app reconciled. We are delighted with the customization options and our customers have reported receiving the Gift Cards in their inbox and being able to send them on the selected date. Additionally, we have noticed a considerable decrease in the number of Gift Cards being filtered to spam or junk folders. Customers purchase gift cards, and funds are accepted immediately. Card scheduling causes Shopify reporting discrepancies on gift cards that are scheduled at a future date. Not sure if that is a Shopify or app issue. This will be a concern closer to the holidays. Another issue, but not a huge deal, cards manually issued (not purchased) after installation doesn't go into the apps analytics for balancing. There isn't a manual sync button. Currently, we don't use the analytics for reconciliation, so it is ignored for now. Will possibly update the review after the holidays when reconciliation will become difficult with the anticipation in the increase of scheduling.

Great app. Adding the functionality for our Customers to send a gift card to a friend or family as a gift directly. Something Shopify was missing. Then regarding support. We removed scheduling of the gift card and some other cosmetics. Team was very helpful in changing that for us. Having some of those options as a setting would be great for future use.

Great App, Quick support. Super easy to set up. I would advise using this app over others because the support is quick to answer questions, the features are great, and the pricing is clear & honest. I don't like how a lot of other apps charge you a monthly/annual rate + a gift card. Its kinda like getting punished for using the solution you paid for... I also really like that you can customize the gift card balance check page, something super lacking in other apps.
