Fantastic app. We needed a solution to have reloadable gift cards and this solved it completely! Best of all, it uses the existing Shopify Gift Cards so we didn't have to do much to switch over!

App works great and featured are continuously added, even upon request. Support is super profesional and also, app is developer friendly, where custom UIs can be created using the javascript API

They have been very patient with the our woefully inadequate Shopify-native gift card function so far.

It took around 30 minutes from zero to set up and translate everything, it's absolutely amazing app, it has all the features we looked for (you can manually manage for example each gift card so if you have physical stores people can use it there too). For this fee it's a must have app for sure.

I had a minor issue with installation so contacted support. Arthur messaged back within the hour with a solution. He also assisted with tweaking the app and adding my logo to the gift cards. So far I'm really liking the service, cost and those cards are beautiful. Some custom backgrounds would be a great feature. That way I could promote my custom aquariums also

From a functionality standpoint, this was the only app that provided the tools we needed and now that we have some work arounds in place, it seems to be working well (we're only 2 days in, so we have limited data but testing and early customer usage seems to indicate all is good). My biggest issue is the lack of documentation. That is somewhat offset by the prompt and responsive support I received from the GCH team, but I really prefer documentation to help better understand the product. I think general ecommerce stores will have no issues but we're a little more complicated and needed to deal with in store pre printed Shopify gift cards and how to navigate them within GCH (you really can't so we kept a our physical cards as a separate product). Even with some quirks, it's well worth it to have a POS compatible product with most of the gift card features that native Shopify is lacking.

Tra le migliori app per la Gift Card, disponibilità di scegliere se fisica o elettronica. E' possibile tradurla in tantissime lingue e le grafiche sono davvero perfette. Soprattutto lato mobile. Abbiamo chiesto un aiuto ed hanno risolto immediatamente! Fantastico!

Gift Card Hero really is the ultimate tool for smaller shops that need core gift card functionality at a fraction of the price of other gift card apps. We were ideally looking for a fixed price app that allowed us more functionality than the default Shopify solution. Support has been super responsive and has quickly implemented minor changes that we requested. The app installation went seamlessly and we were up and running quickly. It allows us to add a "send to recipient" option, check balances, update balances, integration with our POS system, scannable QR codes, and on and on. We highly recommend the Gift Card Hero app, it has dramatically improved our gift card process!
