This app adds features and gives access to Shopify's built-in gift card functionality that was only available to Shopify Plus customers until now. I've been looking for a solution like this for a long time. The developer is very responsive, even adding new functionality I've requested within a day. The service had been incredible and, for the first time, gives us the ability to add, update, and deactivate gift cards in bulk. We are also building an integration with our internal systems using the Gift Hero APIs to allow our employees and students to charge items on account. And best of all, we can do all this with a fair flat monthly fee. Most all other gift card solutions demand a percentage cut of sales. I highly recommend this app.

Absolut fantastische App, ich kann sie wirklich nur empfehlen. Als Geschenk-Boutique war es uns wichtig, dass die Gutschein-Experience möglichst premium und angenehm für den Nutzer ist. Gift Card Hero hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Nicht nur für Kunden fühlt es sich "besser" an, auch für uns lief bisher alles reibungslos. Wir konnten bisher auch alles, was nicht auf Deutsch war, selbst auf Deutsch übersetzen. Ich kann die App klar empfehlen!

Excellent - if not one of the best Gift Card apps on the app store for the price! Our customers love it. The UI is beautiful and it's really easy to set up. The customer service is responsive and extremely helpful. I highly recommend!

Great app. Adding the functionality for our Customers to send a gift card to a friend or family as a gift directly. Something Shopify was missing. Then regarding support. We removed scheduling of the gift card and some other cosmetics. Team was very helpful in changing that for us. Having some of those options as a setting would be great for future use.

Gift Card Hero is a great app which extends the some what questionable functionality of how Shopify handles gift cards out of the box. Support were very quick in helping us make the changes we needed for our stores and were able to match our design. The extra features such as the balance checker and sending it to another email are a must for any gift care UX.

Great App, Quick support. Super easy to set up. I would advise using this app over others because the support is quick to answer questions, the features are great, and the pricing is clear & honest. I don't like how a lot of other apps charge you a monthly/annual rate + a gift card. Its kinda like getting punished for using the solution you paid for... I also really like that you can customize the gift card balance check page, something super lacking in other apps.

Fantastic app. We needed a solution to have reloadable gift cards and this solved it completely! Best of all, it uses the existing Shopify Gift Cards so we didn't have to do much to switch over!
