I installed this app on 3 websites to provide an elevated virtual gift card experience- schedule send, choose a gift card image, personal note, etc. I contacted support with a few configuration issues/questions and received super helpful hands-on support from Tim. He answered loads of questions and helped with some customizations to help make gift cards seamless with our theme and elevate the experience. We are very excited to launch this product and impressed by Tim's support!

This app was recommended to me by my website designer and I couldn't be happier with it. Exceptional customer service, who listened to my feedback and quickly put it into practice on my site. Love the card design options, and the thorough tracking methods once the gift card has been purchased (a true differentiator from the other Gift Card apps). Highly recommend!

We use multiple apps from Gist in our store (Wholester, Gift Ship, and now Gift Card Pro) and love how easy they are to set up, and to receive support when necessary. This app allows Shopify stores to send gift cards directly to recipients, to customize the email flows, and even to allow video notes sent with the cards! Wonderful app.

Our previous gift card program felt antiquated in its approach to both the sender and the recipient experience. We switched over to Gift Card Pro in hopes that we could provide a more feature-rich offering and it didn't disappoint! The GCP team is also incredibly helpful and willing to provide assistance however they can, even going so far as to be proactive about optimizations that can be made on a site. I highly recommend!

This gift card app is great - in both form and function! It's only been up a short time, so we'll see how customers like it, but we're excited about it. A major upgrade from Shopify's basic gift cards! Tim is AMAZING, both quick to respond, kind, and down to earth. Very happy.

Gift Card Pro is a game-changer! It is much better than the other gift card apps we have tried in the past. The two features we have used the most are the scheduling of the e-gift cards and attaching a personal video! No others I know offer the ability to send a personal video. We are looking forward to the new enhancements coming soon!

Unfortunately, have struggled with Gift Card Pro. Customer service doesnt' respond. The system does not integrate well with Shopify so balances aren't recorded correclty making accounting very difficult. Sales datas are not accurate. Overall, do not recommend this app
