Wow, I have been looking for over a year for a gift card app that integrates nicely with shopify, it has finally arrived with gift card pro! The support is 10/10 and everything gist has done is spot on what I needed for a seamless gift card purchasing experience

I use this app so that the customers can write an enclosure to the recipient when they buy the card. Lots of customization and very good support. I work for a high end nursery/gift store and we are very picky aesthetically. We are very happy with their clean and clear interface.

We installed this app to enable customers to purchase and send gift cards to recipient emails, and to schedule when they were delivered. We did not have the ability to do this on our Shopify store. I was under a deadline to get the app working so we could advertise gift cards in an SMS campaign the next day. Tim worked with me to address my issues, even going as far as hopping on a Zoom call to walk me through the configuration questions I had. Out of all the 3rd party apps we have installed on our store, Gift Card Pro definitely has the best customer service. It's so rare that I get a same-day response, let alone within minutes.

A fantastic app that is exactly what I was looking for E Gift Vouchers. A snippet of a commission rate is ideal and the customer service from Tim is top notch with any tweaks. Can definitely recommend

This app is great and the customer service is super responsive and helpful. I am excited to see how our customers will respond to the opportunity to use the video component for their gift cards. It was easy to set up and very intuitive to customize. Highly recommend.

I love the app and I love their technical support, always available to help solve any problem. The Gift card Pro process for customers is very cool, and the possibility of leaving a video message is very original. You can choose to ship it at the time of purchase or schedule it to ship at a future date and time and rest assured it will be shipped. I clearly recommend this app.

What an amazing app! Before, selling Gift Cards was very cumbersome for our customers. They had to purchase the card then email it to the recipient, not very "gifty". With Gift Card Pro our customers can choose the card that fits their occasion and style, pick the amount they feel comfortable with and it sends directly from our store. The best part is the gifter can record a video and really personalize the experience. The team at Gift Card Pro was so helpful in setting things up and making sure the app worked right. I highly recommend this app to everyone!

Installing this app was so easy, and the support from Gist was top-notch. Their team was very attentive to any needs we had during and after the setup process. Our store's gift card experience went from drab to WOW in literally minutes. Couldn't recommend Gift Card Pro more!

Love this app, highly recommend Gift Card Pro and know it will be well received by our customers. Tim was great to share the tutorial video, then showed me all the customization elements, setting them up to my preferences prior to making the app live. Thrilled to have the option for customers to add a personalized message video and choose the date and time they want it sent directly to their gift recipient - What fun! I use other apps developed by Tim and Zac and they deliver great customer service. They always respond promptly to questions, ready to troubleshoot if issues arise, to ensure the apps are working well. You can tell they have given much thought to details, understand what customers and their clients want. Both are awesome to work with - Our success is theirs!

Takes gift cards to another LEVEL! Great UX both on mobile and desktop. A very well build app and highly recommenced to anyone already offering gift cards or within the gifting space.
