This app is fantastic. It delivers on ALL it says it will do. More importantly, their customer service is the BEST customer service I have ever encountered with a shopify app (and we use a lot of apps). I really can't recommend them enough =)

Functionality 4.5 stars. For a shipper of gifts, this app will make ordering multiple gifts destined for different people so much simpler for my customers. For that, I am super grateful and happy. Service 5 stars. Thus far, my interactions with and the proaction of the customer success team members has been super. This is really important for me -- business owner, chief baker and director of IT (among many other things!). Intuitiveness and required technical knowledge 3.5 stars. Opportunity is with training and support materials, in particular. Not everything is logical and there is limited help text while in settings. Images and descriptions of what things are, where they are found in the workflow and what impact selecting x vs y will have would be worthwhile additions to training materials. Overall -- I am very happy I decided to get Giftship and expect that my customers will be very happy, as well!

I just wanted to follow up with this, since we have for some time been using Zendesk for the application documentation, which includes many new articles, that have plenty of screenshots and should provide all the tools you need to configure and use Giftship to it's full potential. We use a lot of apps but this one is perfectly suited to a gifting business. It is compatible with all of our apps. We have tested it. We use all features and it will save us thousands of dollars a year. I wish other apps could do the same. The autocomplete address function works well and corrects most errors in the addresses. I think this is the only app that will allow auto completion of addresses going to multiple locations. I think the app can go a bit further even!

Zac and the whole GiftShip team have been amazing to work with in bringing what had to be this insanely complicated functionality to the Shopify community selling gifts. The Pix Applications team is VERY responsive and easy to reach whenever there's a question on functionality or just to listen to potential improvements as the app evolves. VERY happy with our experience with the GiftShip App!

So far integration with our Shopify store has been fairly seamless. There was some support needed for the initial setup but customer service was quick and easy. The shipping to multiple address feature works great.

Hi there! I just wanted to follow up on this, since we have since added documentation for how to hide prices on the packing slip, using Shopify's "order printer" app. As a bit of a background, apps cannot actually modify the packing slip template automatically, and furthermore, the packing slip template cannot conditionally hide or show a products price based on a "note attribute" flagging the order as a gift, since these properties are note available in the packing slip template. Order printer, however does have access to the note attribute variables, so can be used to conditionally hide the pricing based on the values selected in Giftship. Most features are locked out, unless you pay the top tiered pricing. Only wanted the date picker and message which is offered in the first package, but the editing features are locked behind it. Defeating the purpose of even having them.

I know that this is from quite a while ago, but since we are now able to reply to reviews, I wanted to let you know that we have made quite a number of changes to how the plans work since this was posted. On the "Basic" plan, you have full access to all features, with the exception of upsells and Google autocomplete. This means that controls for the datepicker, gift messages, and shipping to multiple addresses are fully enabled on all plans. The "Standard" plan has all features above, plus one click upsells and product upsells. The "Business" plan enables Google's address autocomplete feature. Highly recommend this app if you need to ship multiple items to multiple locations. AppsByPix has been very responsive and helpful, as I needed a little help with setup. I very much recommend checking it out!

Father's Country Hams are cured and shipped on our family farm in Kentucky since 1840. We have had a web site for several years on different hosting sites .We tried before to add needed features to our site but they never worked as we preferred . The Giftship app with the added up-sell features is perfect for all our needs! We ship lots of gifts and the Hold Date and the ability for customers to ship to multiple address is a must have for today's customers. Our customers are pleased with how easy ,they can order gifts for family and friends and even write their own gift message. Now the ADD ONS- a real selling machine! I am shock how many customers add additional products at check out! Visit our store and see how easy and great Giftship would help your on line store. The customer support is Excellent! They installed the app and have worked with us to make sure all of the Gift ship features are performing correctly . When we were building our Shopify business, we had repeated bad experiences with Shopify "experts" and other applications companies. Finally, with Apps by Pix we have found a Shopify app and business that has been genuinely helpful, concerned for our business, and mindful and caring about the quality product they are producing. We are soooo appreciative of Zac and Tim and the team at Apps by Pix for their detailed work. This app improves our business model, our customer experience, and our operations substantially!! We invested in a lot of up front work with Zac and Tim before installing the app - these guys are terrific!! They are VERY responsive whenever we have had a question or concern. We required a bit of customization on the app to fit our business model and they came through with flying colors! We would recommend this company to anyone considering the app. By the way - we checked out several of their references beforehand and got the exact same feedback!! That speaks volumes! *Updated to 3 stars, spoke to Zach, who explained I had spoken with the call center. He was knowledgable and helpful. Advised email as the best way to get quick support (creates a support ticket) rather than phone. Will stick with email going forward. Will update again after app has been running. Original: So far the support stinks. Called to get phone support for a simple questions, was told I had to leave a message and someone would call me. I missed the return call, and the number they left me to call back took me to the SAME PHONE BANK, where I had to leave ANOTHER message. The woman I spoke to was snippy- "If you'll listen a moment I'll explain how this works". Let ME EXPLAIN To you- if I can't get a direct number to someone, your support is no good. Oh, and I was told several times I would be called back "At his earliest convenience". No regard for what we need. Haven't even gotten it installed yet and I'm annoyed. Bad start. I don't need a run around with snarky attitude. I would give it one star but I'm holding out for a better experience going forward.

This is our second Holiday season with Shopify. Last season we needed a multiship feature. Heading into this Holiday season and hearing about this app, we couldn't get it installed fast enough. Giftship is a MUST HAVE for any Shopify store. Furthermore, we could not have had it ready in time if it wasn't for the tremendous customer support from the PIX team. By far one of the best customer support teams I have ever worked with...THANKS YOU GUYS!

Look no further for a gift app. Ive been looking for one to do exactly what this one does and its all in one nice package. What i like the most is now you can have people chose items in the cart to gift not just a single item like most. It also figures out the shipping according to the items selected and if you have a rule like free shipping over 50 it works the same. Also thought i had a problem with the app and turns out it was user error but their staff was a huge help getting "ME" fixed. lol. Davessweettooth.com and their customers say THANKS a million!!
