Had a great experience with support chat. Andrew was super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to understand what I needed and made everything simple and stress-free. Really appreciate the quick and friendly support.

Super easy to use and packed with features I needed, but Shopify doesn’t offer. The standout for me is the customer support. I had a minor issue and they helped me fix it within hours, despite the time difference. Highly recommended.

La por app que he visto en shopify, tienes un problema y por mas que intentas hablar con soporte te pasan con un bot que no te soluciona nada, que repite lo mismo y que te deja esperando 2 horas por un soporte que no te atiende, ''le atenderemos brevemente'' no sabía que brevemente era despues de varios dias por correo electrónico

I’m extremely happy with Globo Mega Menu. The support team and especially Helen, are outstanding – they regularly help me and even customize the design and behavior to perfectly match my Shopify theme. The app itself is very powerful, yet easy to use. It offers a lot of flexibility for large product catalogs and still loads fast without affecting performance. 100% recommendation for every Shopify store with many products!

I had some issues while using the App, and Helen helped me sort everything out smoothly. She was patient, clear, and actually understood what I was trying to achieve with my menu. The problem was resolved faster than I expected. Overall, the app works well, and the support from Helen made the experience much better.

Great app and excellent support! The app itself works very well and is easy to manage, but what really stood out was the customer support. Sarah was incredibly helpful and quick to clarify my questions about pricing and plans. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Annie from Globo was SUCH an amazing and effective help in troubleshooting the issue we have. They are quick, precise, and very friendly. The ease of contacting and mitigating my irritation as well as issue goes BEYOND just standard tech support. The support team is extremely knowledgable and personable as well.

The support is great and the app is easy to use. When I have a problem, the support responds quickly. The mega menu allows me to do things I couldn't do before, and I can put it in the menu, so it's easy to use and the logo is good.

Globo Mega Menu is a solid tool for creating complex navigation in Shopify. We had a temporary issue during an app update, but support resolved it quickly—thank you, Helen, for the prompt and professional help. An official API would be a huge improvement for automation (export/import, updates, versioning).
