Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

As much as the devs were helpful in making the end result happen (my banner made full width), the app seems to be having trouble publishing changes now. I'm using the Craft theme. I love the features that GloboMega Menu offers...but if the features don't work or are fixed soon... I cannot guarantee we will continue our subscription. I guess we'll see what the future holds.

Giving it 3 stars because we regularly run into issues, but we do get good responses from their team to help fix them.

Everything was good when I started, but when I published, it said it only supported 2 mega menus. they didnt tell us on the Shopify App Store Plan description.

Annie helped me out very well to sort out something that shouldn't be too difficult. No error per say, but just difficult as a beginner to understand what's included in the free version vs paid. But Annie helped me very well. Give her a raise!

Hello, I haven’t tried other similar apps yet, but here’s my experience. The app offers plenty of customization options for colors, typography, sizes, and menu positioning. However, it doesn’t import your existing Shopify menu, you have to rebuild it entirely. Also, once you choose your block layout (1, 2, 3+ columns with images), it can’t easily be changed later. If your catalog grows and you want a different structure, you’ll need to start over with a new block. If you want this kind of presentation. Overall, it’s powerful but not very flexible for future adjustments. On the positive side, the support team is excellent!

Looks good but lack mobile customazation and my whole app is bugged

I really like this app and its features, but it should be more clear which options are free and which not.

Looks great and easy to use, but after you set it all up there are glitches. On a Desktop view, you cannot click on the checkout cart on your website. I contacted tech support, but there was no response to fix this issue. We installed it since we had so many complaints from our customers and who knows how many people on a desktop could not check out their purchase, so they left our site.
