I'm currently using the free app, it is quite simple to use and works well. I did require some assistance, but the chat team (Steven) was quick to help.

Simple to use, no complaints... Makes load a bit heavy but there are many other factors to consider so can't lay my hat squarely on that. Use it on many builds...

The republication of an unpublished menu, without any warning or even acknowledgment, results in the loss of translations across all pages.

Steven was a great help with my query. A little bit technical so needed some professional help with the set up. The app works perfectly as it should. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to make there menu on shopify not look like the (standard) one you get in the box as such!

The app is great! It is so easy to use and is much better than the free navigation menu you get with Shopify as standard, due to the extra features. If anything goes wrong (which is rare) it gets fixed very quickly. We had great support from Helen, so thank you!

This software is very user-friendly and easy to operate. Moreover, the customer service is excellent. In particular, the customer service representative Helen was very patient in answering my questions that I didn't understand. This software is worth recommending.

This app has worked great for me and support was very helpful with adjusting the appearance for me. The theme I'm using for my store technically has "Mega Menus", but I was always disappointed with the appearance. I was able to use Globo to make my menu exactly as I had envisioned and I feel like it really elevates my website! Their support was very friendly and quick to help as well. I sent an email with multiple bulleted questions and they got back to me quickly answering everything and quickly made the updates I needed. I will definitely keep using this app!

Customer support was great with the couple of customizations we needed done. Quick to reply with minimal back and forth. Our customers are loving the new navigation which has helped product discovery and increased sales.
