We recently launched this app on our live site with its basic functionality, so it's still too early for us to fully evaluate long-term performance and results. What we can evaluate so far is the support team. During setup, we reached out several times with questions, and the Globo team was consistently responsive, helpful, and thorough in addressing our concerns. Today, I worked with Steven regarding an issue that appeared on our live site but was not present in the preview environment. He quickly identified and resolved one issue and is actively investigating a separate loading concern with his team. He has committed to following up with us as they continue their review. Based on our experience so far, the support has been excellent. We'll plan to update this review after we've had more time to use the app and explore its additional features.

Helen was fantastic in fixing an issue for us quickly and smoothly. I don't think the app itself is amazing, but the support is.

Great app to implement a complex menu structure. It was a little bit searching in the beginning but when you understand how it all works it's easy to create your menu. I got in contact with the customer support after some problems related to the Shopify update but these were quickly solved by Sarah Nguyen and provided me good follow up. Thanks!

Some technical issues but nice support staff

This Shopify mega menu app is truly great! The interface is clean and straightforward, making it easy to use. The only minor issue I encountered was that the menu didn't automatically integrate with my current store template when I tried to publish it. I quickly reached out to the online support, and the customer service agent Helen responded promptly. She quickly understood my problem and coordinated with the technical staff to follow up. They perfectly resolved the issue for me—it really saved me in a pinch!

Everything made by man has space for improvement. Their customer service is good though - Thanks Sarah :)

Overall Ok, but if they had given me features to add logo for free this is the best theme.

La app funciona bien y el equipo de soporte ha configurado algunas mejoras que necesitábamos de forma satisfactoria. Lo único es que para traducir el menú ya te obligan a subir de suscripción...

Had some issues to get it published the way it looked in the WYSIWYG editor. But with the help of Sarah, it now works.
